A pesar de que mi reservación ya estaba pagada en linea, cuando llegue al Check in me volvieron a pedir todos mis datos, identificación y tarjeta lo cual hizo el check in algo lento. El cuarto en general estaba limpio, pero la regadera estaba llena de sarro por lo tanto salía muy poca agua. Solo dejaron dos toallas en el cuarto y bajamos a recepción a pedir mas, pero el recepcionista dijo que teníamos que esperar hasta la mañana a que llegaran las personas de limpieza para poder obtener mas. Ademas el cancel de la regadera estaba mal sellado y se salió toda el agua, por lo cual se mojo todo el piso del baño. Nuestra habitación fue la 303.

I came here with my elderly parents. I had 3 luggage and 2 personal bags. Staff didn’t offer to help bring my luggage to my room. I really thought that was bad.

Desafortunadamente la tarifa pactada en pesos (MXN) no la respetaron, a pesar de que estás en México te la convierten en dólares y viceversa, ya que ofrecí pagarla en USD y me comentaron que la tarifa pactada la incrementarían igual, a una diferencia del 15% ($400 pesos más por noche) La gente del front-desk al hacer tu check-in te cobra a un sólo tipo de cambio, yo estaría de acuerdo si quisieras pagar en USD ¡¿pero en pesos?!... Si estás en México, te recomiendo que pagues por anticipado tu reservación, ya que tu Banco cobrará seguramente lo justo, y evitarás esta desagradable sorpresa, y en caso de ser un uso y costumbre de la zona por ser frontera, entonces creo que debería entrar la PROFECO a regular este tipo de abusos. Por cierto no apareció el Supervisor en turno para aclarar la discrepancia.

Friendly staff. I tried paying with cash, but they didn't want to honor the price I got online; only paying with a card was able to get the price I reserved it for (the previous time we stayed there, they did honor the listed price with cash, either the Front Agent was new, he didn't wanted to go the extra step to honored it, or the property change their policy about it). Besides that, the Front Agent and the rest of the staff were very friendly and professional. The breakfast area is clean and big enough with plenty of seats; they just need to add something like bacon, sausage, or potatoes to their daily breakfast menu (for people and kids who don't eat eggs or beans). The previous time we stayed there, we had issues with the shower water pressure. This time, besides the water pressure not being enough, the showerhead had some scale on it, so not much water was coming out. They forgot to refill the shampoo, the room entry wasn't well swept, there's no coffee maker or microwave in the room, and the only microwave is in the Front Desk. They do leave the coffee and tea out in the breakfast area; there's a small fridge in the room. Beds are clean and comfortable, the sofabed, you'll have to bring an extra cushion or ask for extra blankets because you'll feel the metal on your back. Keep in mind that there's a club next to it. If you stay during the weekends, ask for a room next to the street, not facing the club.

Staff does not provide any customer service. The showers are old, and water gets trapped in them. Very bad experience. Will not stay at the hotel again.

El staff fue amable con un check in rápido, punto a favor de las licenciadas ya que me ayudaron a cambiar la habitación ya que algunos huéspedes tenían un evento y estaban haciendo ruido en ese piso. Falló el agua caliente sin embargo lo resolvieron rápido ( mantenimiento ) Desayuno bien, limpio y con varias opciones. Nunca estuvo sucio el lugar.
