one of the best honeymoon hotels in Fiji near Nadi city. too bad I was on Business.

아이들과 함께 지내기에 친절하고 편안했어요. 좀 오래됐지만 잘 관리되어있고 직원들도 모두 친절했어요. 리조트 내에 프로그램들도 재밌게 되어있어서 아이들이 매일마다 여러가지 참여하면서 물놀이도 실컷하고 신나게 놀고왔어요! 데나라우안이라 불라버스타고 이동도 간단하고 조식도 맛있게 먹었어요!

객실/호텔 청결도는 좋으나 리조트 수영장 주변 공사 진행으로 다소 시끄럽고 풀사이드바에서 음식 주문시 누락되어 시간이 오래 걸렸으나 적절한 사과 조치가 미흡함. 피지라는 특수서을 고려하더라도 다른나라 소피텔에 비해 다소 떨어지는 것이 사실임.

아이들 데리고 가기에 너무 좋습니다~ 직원들 친절하고 청결하고 조식도 좋습니다^^ 블라버스가 있어 데나라우 항구까지 왔다갔다 하기도 편합니다. 매우 만족합니다.

Left underwhelmed, for a 5 star resort the service was very slow, and at times I had to follow up basic requests. The food was poor quality for a resort, very limited and lacked quality.

Excellent in every way - service, location, food, facilities, cleanliness. They also provided great tips and suggestions throughout our trip. Best was on my day of check out and flight — they have a Fiji airlines check in counter at the hotel itself that collects baggage, checks you in and give you a boarding pass. So I could spend more time in the hotel and go to airport just enough in advance !

The staff is very polite and friendly. They took the time to get to know each guest and provide the best service possible.

清潔感がありレストランのメニューの豊富さ スタッフの明るい雰囲気などとても満足です。 以前来た時にはお土産を買える店があったが 閉店していた点シャワーの水圧が弱い点は少し残念と思いましたが、総合的に良かったです。

This property is well maintained, neat, and clean, which I most appreciate. The rooms are well designed, spacious, and fully loaded with all the amenities you could think of. The garden is lovely, and the breakfast buffet offers a good spread of items to choose from. The staff is very attentive and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The price is a bit high, but since I visited during the off-season, it was not an issue. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would recommend it to others looking for a comfortable stay

My Wife and I absolutely loved this Hotel. The buffet breakfast was the best. Staff so friendly and maids cleaned out room immaculate. Pool area is spacious and fun. Looking forward to going back.

I couldn’t say a bad word about this resort it was absolutely fantastic. Staff could not have been any more helpful or do enough for us. We loved it and highly recommend it to anyone. 😊😊😊😊

I’ve been travelling for over 20years and this is my 3rd time to Fiji. First time staying at the Sofitel in Nadi. Without doubt the BEST vacation I’ve had in many many years. The staff are outstanding!! Do not second guess. This place is family friendly, well priced and exceptional at all things. We will be back in 2027

I loved the pool

Have always seen the Sofitel as the best place to stay in Denerau. The room was lovely and spacious and has been upgraded since I was there 4 years ago. The buffet breakfast was great and lots to chose from. They used to have champagne as part of the breakfast but this appears to be no longer. I did find dinners to be expensive. The two main restaurants either buffet or al la carte were at least 70 Fiji up for an adult. So no real cheap options for dinner. I did end up going to denerau port for dinner a number of times as it was cheaper for me to catch the bula bus there and eat than to eat dinner at the resort. They dont appear to have happy hour here either which a number of the other resorts have. However the cocktails are nice. The activities during the day werent as good as say the radisson but had the usual fish feeding, aqua-aerobics etc. The staff at the towel/activities were friendly. All in all had a great stay here with my 6 year old son. he enjoyed the slide and spending time in the pool.
