The facility is very clean and the staffs are so kind.

방은 사진과 똑같았지만, 침대 시트 정리가 미흡하게 되어있었고 냉장고가 없어서 은근 불편했습니다. 그래도 직원 분들은 친절하게 업무 처리 해주셔서 괜찮았어요.

직원이 매우 친절함. 테라스를 이용할 수 있어서 좋았음. 수영복 등 옷을 말리거나 야외에 의자가 있어 쉬기에 좋았음.

쏘렌토 사찰 기차역 바로 앞에 위치하여 이동이 편리하며 가격대비 만족스러운 서비스와 객실 아침식사를 제공합니다. 고시촌 스럽운 비즈니스 호텔 분위기 가득하지만 불편함 없이 이용했습니다.

소렌토역에서 나오먼 바로 있음.너무 가까워 놀람.직원들은 친절했으나 아침식사는 별로였음.가걱이 워낙 저렴해 만족.방사이즈는 조금 적은편.

역에서 내려서 앞으로 조금만 내려오면 바로 보입니다. 생각했던 것보다 훨씬 가까워서 너무 좋았어요. 소렌토 중심가 근처라 저녁에도 안전하구요. 직원들도 친절한 편입니다. 에어컨은 아주 잘 작동했어요. 더운 여름이라 차가운 물을 먹고 싶었는데 숙소에 냉장고가 없었던 점은 조금 아쉽네요. 숙소가 작은 편이지만 둘이서 지내기에는 충분했습니다. 조식도 깔끔했네요. 시타버스 타러 가는 곳이 매우 가까워서 포지타노 아말피로 이동하는데에 매우 편했습니다. 소렌토가 별로 크지 않아 역근처에 묵으면서도 관광하는데에 무리가 없었습니다.

There were bugs in the bed and funny smells in the room

The Lou Lou room was spacious and cleaned daily to a high standard. I particularly enjoyed the hot tub, the large, comfortable bed, and the complimentary wine, nuts and crisps, which were a thoughtful touch. The location was also excellent, making it an ideal base for exploring the area. The breakfast was a standard basic European selection but above average.

Great location, clean rooms and lovely terrace. The location is unbeatable. One front staff gentleman was not very kind at checkout but other than him really kind and helpful staff.

Perfect location on the main street of Sorrento. Walking to a supermarket or the nearby plazas was super close. Very clean and bright colored rooms, with excellent A/C, nice roof top seating areas shaded and not shaded. Front desk was very helpful for information when needed and asked. Literally a 200' walk from the Sorrento train station, which is a great plus if you're coming in by or using the train.

There was a constant smell of rotting, and mold in the hot tub jets. staff wasn't bad but not fantastic communication. Room service was great though and quick!
