Stayed here for 1 night . The staff were great . However the management need to make sure all TVs are working as I had no signal but staff swapped tv over 2 hours later . Plus would have been nice to have a heater in room as room was cold . The radiator was off .

Very fresh food

Room was clean and tidy, as were the common areas. Room (203) needs a bit of maintenance, cracked basin, loose tap and loose door hinge. But these did not detract from our stay. Very friendly staff.

the room was comfortable. We had a very relaxing stay. The breakfast was excellent. lots of choice and very good ingredients and cooked to a high standard

Nice hotel

This hotel is excellent value. I had a room with an adjoining door through which I could hear everything happening next door. I raised it with reception and they moved me straight away - so excellent service too.

Friendly efficient staff. Super comfortable room, very quiet-all leading to a very good night’s sleep.

The room was large and well appointed. Only tepid water in the shower. Carpet a bit tacky. Breakfast was a nightmare. No fruit for the cereal, tables not cleared, hot buffet was tepid and only mushrooms, beans, one sausage and 3 fried eggs available. All other trays empty.Waited 15 min to get bacon and tomato added.

Very nice guy who welcomed us late at night when we arrived. The mattress on the bed was extremely hard but other than that I have no complaints!
