위치가 조금애매했어요 바스에서 내려 좀 걸었습니다 택시가 편할듯! 직원들은 정말 친절했어요 특히 안내데스크에 계신 분들이 처음왔다고 세비야에 관한 설명을 자세히 해주었답니다

세비아에 위치한 매우 럭셔리한 호텔 수영장에서 태닝 가능 시설 매우 만족스러움

룸 자체는 나쁘지 않았으나, 직원들의 친절도가 약간 떨어지는 듯 해요.

호텔 방이 너무 안락하고 좋습니다. 침대도 좋아서 하루의 피곤을 풀기에 적합합니다. 욕실과 방 사이에 드레스룸이 있어 공간이 분리되어 좋구요 커피포트는 없지만 뜨거운 물을 요청하면 포트에 담아 가져다 줍니다. 호텔이 너무 예뻐요

호텔 내부시설과 레스토랑은 관리가 잘되어 있는 상태였고 사진에서 보는것과 매우 똑같다. 객실은 어느 호텔이나 동일하게 깨끗한 상태였는데 욕실에서 배수구 청소가 안되면 나오는 그런 악취가 났다. 그외에 조식은 딱 알맞게 먹을만큼 정성스럽게 준비되어 있었고 직원들도 친절했다. 대성당에서 조금 거리는 있는데 걸을만 했고 주변지역도 번화가라 밤에 돌아다니기에도 무리는 없었다.

An absolute gem of a hotel with perhaps the best breakfast we’ve ever had in Europe. Rooms are modern and well outfitted despite the building being quite old. The areas has a lot to offer and the hotel staff go out of their way to satisfy any requests. We will definitely return!

There was some confusion about our arrival date. A miscommunication between the hotel and Expedia perhaps. The hotel weren’t expecting us when we arrived, they were expecting us the following day. This caused some panic but the hotel staff were fantastic, in particular Justo! Justo was very accommodating and did everything possible to fix the problem. They also brought complimentary champagne to our room as a birthday gift to my partner. Second time we’ve stayed here and would go back again!!

Perfect stop in the heart of Seville, walking distance from Plaza de Espana, Seville Cathedral and the old town full of shops and restaurants. The hotel boasts lovely features (the owner is apparently an architect), and the service from the team was impeccable. Highly recommended.

Just back from a 6 night stay. Could not fault the hotel. The staff were very friendly could not do enough for us. This hotel also has the added bonus of 2 rooftop pools to choose from.

I loved staying at the hotel, the staff were so friendly and helpful everyone of them, saying hello even just meeting in corridor. The rooms were very clean, modern, lovely calm decor and quiet. The breakfast and dining area were excellent with lots of choice. So well placed for walking to all the places we wanted to see, very central and yet inside the hotel gorgeous, cool foyer for resting away from heat of the day. I would recommend this hotel to couples, friends, grown up families, just superb.
