Checking service is very unkindness

There were many things wrong with place. The bathroom was so small that you had to step in the shower to open the door. This was supposed to be a king suite; but it was very compact. The TV was on the wall, but the bed was on the right wall & the sofa was on the left wall. The TV had to be angled to see it. Breakfast was terrible & we went to a restaurant. Our 2 night there were expensive & definitely not worth it.

I love stay there, we have a good time and all the personal are very nice and professional, the hotel clean and safe and they have a good breakfast!!

The hotel looked even better in person. The room and property were clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly. We stayed in a room with a terrace and enjoyed the great view to the mountains. We appreciated the beauty of the hotel location, surrounded by lush trees and on high grounds. Peaceful and relaxing yet close to all the sites from Lake George village. Loved the pool and hot jacuzzi!

Amazing service

We had a baby and they were beyond accommodating for us with the pack and play for her to sleep in. Front desk was also very kind.

Everything was great. Staff was lazy. Complimentary coffee and tea was always cold or empty. No one cared about it.
