Clean and friendly

I appreciated the free airport shuttle and breakfast offerings, though not included with our reservation, were abundant. The room was clean.

Interesting hotel, narrow hallways with lots of fire doors. Lift didn’t work when I arrived but they carried my suitcase for me up the stairs to the 4th floor. Lifts were working after a couple of hours. Very friendly staff, very comfortable and secure stay.

The hotel was lovely and the reception staff were warm and welcoming. Our room was lovely and spacious. Our only gripe was not being able to get the heating to work, there was also no manual. The bar/restaurant area was very nice. The staff again were very friendly and there was plenty of seating options. The free shuttle bus to the airport was an added bonus. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

This hotel is close to the airport and it is very clean for a lay over next to the airport.

I booked thru Expedia. But I had a few questions regarding shuttle bus and dropping bags early in the day. The Metro staff responded to my emails almost immediately. When we arrived, all was as they said it would be as well, the staff offered extremely helpful information about catching local buses, touring Dublin and other pieces outside of their hotel. The staff is excellent at this hotel. Yes I would stay here again

Nice and clean property. Only stayed the night for a flight layover.

Very clean. Ample space. Friendly staff. Lounge has great pub style food but the service was a tad slow. Shuttle to the airport was clean and on time.

There was a lot of street noise even with the window closed.

The hotel offers airport shuttle that was very helpful. The front desk attendants were helpful with transportation in the area. The hotel restaurant was nice and breakfast was great.

For paying over $230 a night I would have expected that they would provide lotion, shampoo & conditioner. They only had a liquid soap at the sink and the same for the shower. I could not wash my hair as no proper shampoo and conditioner.

Wir brauchten für 2 Tage eine Unterkunft und das war wirklich mit Anstand das günstigste Hotel in Flughafennähe. Von außen sieht es wirklich furchtbar aus. Von innen ist es etwas altbacken. Unser Zimmer war recht modern. Allerdings standen die Flure voll mit Dreckwäschesäcken. Oder Müll und leeren Flaschen. Das Bett war bequem, Kissen und Decken waren bequem aber teilweise zerrissen. Die Vorgänge hatten Brandlöcher und die Dusche war nicht sauber. Die Dusche hatte ordentlich Druck Die Fenster ließen sich nicht richtig schließen. Alle Zimmer liegen an der Straße und es ist sehr laut. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Wenn man wie wir laute Nachbarn hat, ist es nicht angenehm . Der Fön war ebenfalls defekt

The hotel is far enough away from the city center but close enough to rode the bus for about 30 min. Quiet area a nice food selection within walking distance of Northwood.

The pictures are very deceiving. Looks like a 4-star hotel in the pictures, but the dungeons on the first floor are more motel-zicz level, if you know what I mean. The walls were scuffed up, doors did not close properly, bathroom layout more suitable for a contortionist, overall just very dinky.

Very quiet, clean, and modern.

Terrible- couldn’t wait to get out of there. Staff was friendly but facility was sketchy and awkwardly set up rooms required our kids to sleep in a second room separated by 2 heavy slamming doors through a windowless hallway.
