위치가 너무 좋았고 서비스도 너무 마음에 들었어요 다만 위치가 번화한 곳에 있다보니 조용하진 않았어요 리셉션 직원과 일행이 살고 있는 다른 나라에 대한 간단한 대화를 하고 난 후 친근감이 형성되고 많은 부분에서 우리의 편의를 봐줬어요

Great location, magnificent rooftop view while having breakfast, spacious rooms, underground parking available without reservation (18 euros per day), parking lot connected to the lobby with elevator, we were very satisfied with our stay.

위치와 청결도가 모두 좋습니다. 최신식 시설은 아니지만, 나폴리의 다른 호텔과 비교했을 때 매우 upscale 호텔입니다.

호텔 로비는 오래된 느낌이었습니다. 전반적으로 객실 레노베이션 상태인데. 겉으로는 완벽해보일 모르나 드라이기도 비치되어 있지 않고 슬리퍼도 사람이 두명인데 하나밖에 없고, 샤워 부스도 망가진 상태, 아직 정리가 안된 모습이었습니다. 위치만 최적. 직원들도 조식외에 호텔 이용하는 것을 물어야 대답해준 정도로 친절도도 그럭저럭. 다시 나폴리를 간다면 다른 곳으로 묵겠습니다

We were looking for comfort and convenience at the end of a busy trip. The rooms were well-appointed, the staff was very helpful, and the dining room was bright and airy with terrific views so we ended up eating there both nights, although the menu was a bit dull anbd needs improvement.

Had an amazing stay here for 3 nights in October 2025. The room was well appointed, clean and the staff were excellent. It’s right on the edge of via Toledo and the Spanish quarter, you’re never more than 10 minutes from great food and wine.

Lovely hotel in a great central location. The rooms are modern and clean with an Italian feel. The staff is very nice and helpful. Shoutout to Fusaro and Michele, would stay again!

Great Hotel. Buffet was good. Location was very good.

The front desk staff was wonderful. The rooftop bar and terrace are beautiful. The room was fair; the walls were scuffed up and scratched and looked like it hadn't been repaired in a while.

Beautiful hotel just a block from all the hustle and bustle of Naples.

The room given had recently been renovated so it was clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the hotel is centrally located. The only critique i have is the breakfast. The food is cold. There is not an option to do toast and the pancakes and scrambled egg cold. It would be nice to be able to order and have something warm. Even though the view is great the breakfast was a let down.

The staff is very kind and professional of the place is clean and wonderful. The location is perfect in the middle of everywhere when I come back to Naples this is where I’m staying.

Sehr Zentral in der Stadt Neapel gelegen, die Metro ist 5 Minuten die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe , sehr viele Restaurants, Pizzerias , Cafés in der Nähe . Sehr schönes 4 Sterne Hotel

Hotel staff in both parking and front desk were not very helpful. Parking elevator wasn’t functioning.

Very nice Staff. The hotel is in the middle of the heart of Napoli. 1 block from Spanish neiborhood.. Few steps to the Toledo way ( Shopping area ) Spectacular views from the 9th floor rooftop Very good bar and restaurant. The room, its little old, but nice. We receive anniversary complement. Tks
