Struttura pulita, personale accogliente, collegata bene con i trasporti pubblici

The room was very clean, spacious, with very friendly staff. What I didn’t like was the fact they didn’t replenish the instant coffee in the room, having said that, the hotel does the job and the rates are reasonable.

We were to have breakfast included and we didn't get it. We were charged for a glass of ice! The bathroom didn't have any storage. The room didn't have enough storage for a 2 week stay. Overall i wouldn't go back.

The Best Hotel Residence Italia is a great option if you're planning on visiting Cagliari and Quartu Sant Elena, or even for a stop over before moving on to other places in sout east Sardinia. It's super close to the Poetto beach, you can either walk there (15 minutes) and see the beatiful flamingos in the lagoon or take a bus (bus stop across the street) and get there in less than 3 minutes. The hotel is modern and clean. Our room was spacious and spotless as well as super quiet. There are many didining options within walking distance, and the breakfast buffet was great! The staff was super friendly and helpful. We'll definitely come back :)

Pulita e personale disponibile. Ci sono pochi ristornati nelle vicinanze ma nel complesso è ok

Bra hotell. Gratis parkering. Bra sängar. Många restauranger, caféer och affärer i närheten. Strunta i frukosten, inte värt priset. Ca 15-20 min promenad till stranden.

Un peu loin du centre-ville de Cagliari. Endroit tranquille près de la plage

Gutes Hotel mit sehr grossen einfach eingerichteten Zimmern. Sauber, jedoch wird gerne Raumduft nach der Reinigung verwendet. Absolut fantastisches Frühstück.

Au calme, en securite pour la voiture et un petit dejeuner a disposition sur place.

Wir nutzen das Hotel für die letzte Nacht vor dem Rückflug. Der Check in war schnell, das Zimmer im 1.OG sehr geräumig, ruhig und sauer und das Frühstück reichhaltig und vielfältig. Das Parken auf dem Hotelgelände war kostenlos, Wir würden wieder dort buchen.

Es ist soweit okay aber für 90 Euro ohne Frühstück eigentlich viel zu teuer. Uralte Zimmer, weit von der Innenstadt aber auch vom Poetto.

Für einen Kurzurlaub zu empfehlen.

Struttura molto comoda per la vicinanza alla città di Cagliari, personale giovane molto gentile e disponibile, camera grande, pulita e confortevole unico difetto, arredi un pò datati e usurati. Discreta la colazione, ottimo il garage coperto privato

So the hotel was fine. Clean and staff were great. However for me, in room 205, it was noisy and that wasn’t outside the room, the toilet and shower of the room above and next door I could hear, infact at one point I thought the toilet above was feeding into mine- it wasn’t. The mini fridge was also really loud. I was a lone traveller and walked the neighbourhood to see what was about and felt quite uncomfortable there. There is shops and restaurants but they are not obvious. I wouldn’t stay there again.

We loved our stay at this hotel which was a family holiday for 8 days. We booked two of the larger rooms (one double one single in each) as we were four (parents and children aged 19,21). The rooms were great with one of them semi divided down the middle. We could see the biggest rooms could take a family of 4 with younger children and those had the balcony. The hotel price is good - much less than central Calagari and with a car we had easy access to the city with a 15 min drive. The beach was 2 mins drive or 15-20 mins walk and was a nice beach with some restaurants. Other nicer beaches to the east were 20 mins drive which were good for snorkelling. There were restaurants nearby but we preferred to drive to the city and eat there most days. We visited a small winery town one day (Serdiana) and did a mountains walk. The hotel doesn’t have great views but not a big issue - it was quiet and the hotel had feee parking. The aircon was fine although we never had really hot weather. It may have struggled more in 36-40c. The staff were very helpful and room service great- all very clean. The breakfast we only had one day - it was fine but we didn’t want much so found a nice place opposite that did coffee and pastries for a good price. Most restaurants are good prices for pizza / pasta unless you go very fancy. Drinks are quite cheap and ice creams. As a UK family it was nice to go somewhere not so populated with Brits. The mini bar was useful as a fridge. Thank you Best Western!
