Couldn't fault it for a couple in September.

Très bel hôtel mais les personnes de l'accueil ne sont pas des plus agréables. Le ménage laisse à désirer : capsules de café pas vider de la machine, poils et poussière sous le lit , pomme de douche pleine de moisi... moyen pour un 4 étoiles. Le petit dej est top. La piscine aussi. Nous ne reviendra pas dans cette ville car il y a plein de cafards y compris dans les chambres de l'hôtel.

Een prachtig hotel op een mooie locatie. Een fijn ontbijt en heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

The hotel was amazing, the staff were terrific and the service was excellent. Food and drinks were great the only negative was I didn't find the sun loungers very comfy around the pool. This would not stop me staying here again as the location is great and a short walk to the beach.

We got food poisoning from the room service, their ironing board put a hole in my really expensive trousers which I was wearing to a wedding that day. The pool was nice and reception staff were nice.

All in all, it’s an okay hotel for few days, but not great. the sound proofing is not good at all, so you can’t expect a great night rest. The rooms decor is very outdated, but that’s not necessarily an issue. For me it was the noise that was a bit of a deal breaker

A great hotel , close to sea front and marina . Extremely well run hotel with fab food and great service everywhere. Special thanks to Dani on reception who took time to explain the parking rules to us and recommended a good place to park. Great views from the rooms and very clean. I’d happily return , can’t fault it

A lovely, relaxing stay in Tres Torres hotel. Excellent location, spotless and very helpful staff.

I stayed here for 3 nights with a child. The staff are super friendly. Breakfast is great and there is a peaceful outdoor area to enjoy breakfast. There is a car park right outside and also a free car park a 2 min walk away. It is right on the sea front so a great place to start to walk on the promenade.

Sehr stilvolles und schönes Hotel, schöner Pool und gutes Frühstück

Der Start war ein wenig „holprig“, da das Zimmer, vor allem das Bad, nicht ausreichend sauber gemacht wurde, auch die Kissen auf dem Bett waren bereits benutzt. Nach kurzem Anruf an der Rezeption wurde das aber sofort behoben. Die Kalkablage an den Armaturen sind sehr stark, das verwendete Putzmittel hatte einen sehr unangenehmen beißenden Geruch. Die Wände sind sehr dünn, und teilweise musste man sich unfreiwillig Gespräche von Zimmernachbarn anhören. Auch wenn Zimmernachbarn duschen gingen, hatte man das Gefühl dass jemand im eigenen Bad stand. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig, und das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt, jedoch würde ich es eher nicht mehr buchen, aus folgenden Gründen: Ich bin Raucher, aber leider durfte man innerhalb der Anlage nicht rauchen, außer auf dem eigenen Balkon, sowie in einem kleinen Bereich vor dem Hoteleingang. Dies wurde bei der Beschreibung nicht angegeben, was meinen Freunden und mir schon negativ aufgestoßen ist. Wäre das angegeben gewesen, hätten wir ein anderes Hotel gebucht. Wir hätten gerne mehr Zeit im wunderschön angelegten Außenbereich am Pool verbracht, aber wenn man als Raucher ständig aufstehen und vors Hotel gehen muss, schmeckt der Sangria nicht mehr 😉 So erging es auch vielen anderen Gästen. Auch der Abwassergeruch aus dem Bad war teils sehr übel, und in Kombination mit der Hellhörigkeit ist dann der Aufenthalt schon nicht mehr so schön
