I did enjoy how nice it was to walk out of the villa and get the pool. However all the fans in the rooms need attention. They are so loud. Also, the villa had a lot of cracked tiles.

Beautiful place to take a break and relax. Once you open the doors to enter, the first thing that catches you is the clean smell and then the calm and pleasant atmosphere of the place makes you fall in love. The large, bright, and spacious rooms, with balconies and wonderful views, remind you why you need to be there. The only thing I regret is that I left the place, forgetting to but the salts they offered. On my next visit, I would do it in advance so as not to forget. I highly recommend the place.

The property had many problems with the gates and our wristband (keys)… which made getting around very inconvenient. And they knew about the problems each time I brought them up and it didn’t seem like they cared to fix the problems.

Tranquility Bay is a beautiful property with great amenities and social areas that are perfect for spending quality time with family. The setting is peaceful, and the combination of multiple pools and close proximity to the beach made our stay very convenient. The location, especially being so close to Miami, is definitely a plus. However, the cleanliness of the home left a lot to be desired. At first glance, everything appeared tidy, but on closer inspection, we found hair scattered throughout the house—including large clumps under the beds that clearly didn’t belong to us. With young children in our group, hygiene was especially important, and the lack of thorough cleaning was disappointing. We reached out to the property management team, shared photos, and even provided feedback about a broken oven handle and deteriorating front panel, but unfortunately received no response or follow-up. For a property marketed as a premium stay with premium pricing, the service and attention to detail—particularly regarding cleanliness and maintenance—fell short of expectations. Overall, while the location and setting are lovely, we were let down by the lack of cleanliness and the unresponsiveness to our concerns. Even after proving a review. I am able to provide images

Nice staff, Private beach.

The property is beautiful and very comfortable. My only complaint is all the rules! You can’t have music, coolers.. nothing to make your beach stay comfortable. Also everything shuts down by 9. Perfect resort for older people that like to go to bed early.

En la propiedad esta todo excelente, amplitud en las habitaciones, limpieza 100 % , acojedor , todas las zonas del hotel , las piscinas limpiezas, una playa chiquita pero limpia y las vistas espectaculares del Sunset , el tiki bar bueno , la comida bien elaborada , parqueo gratis , lo único que tuvimos mala experiencia con la manager que estaba el sábado 14 de Junio en la noche , nos habló en mala forma y con una actitud como si yo no fuera huésped alli también, porque después de las 10:00 PM hay que hablar bien bajito , ella nos llamo la atencion pero con muy mal carácter y poca educación, ni estabamos tomando bebidas ,ni música, era en familia conversando en el portal de la villa , nos hablo como si estuvieras en lo militar o no fueramos huésped del hotel , creo que es donde debe mejorar el servicio Tranquility Bay , por lo demas 100 % recomendado.

Personal amable no hay baños en el bar de la playa la habitación 105 mucho ruido pues los trabajadores de mantenimiento desde la mañana carpintería mucho ruido

Not tranquil. First there is a hidden cost of 55 usd per day just to use the beach and pool that is over and above the room rate!! This is not disclosed on travel sites. People use music speakers at the beach and the staff doesn’t tell them to turn their music down. Our room was not cleaned during our stay and fresh towels were offered at 6pm

The main pool area was extremely nice. The bathroom in the Villa were extremely small with nowhere to stage items during the stay. There was no key for the door opening to the courtyard. Therefore, you had to go out the front entrance of the villa and walk a considerable distance to get to the beach or a pool with no clear directions on how to get there.

The hotel was gorgeous. The only complaint was that the villa had a lot of ants, so we had to be extra careful about leaving food out.

Parking is terrible. Cannot get anywhere close to your room. When i booked it was fully paid however when we checked in they needed a credit card for incidentals which is fine and they said they would not be charing anything 5 minutes later they deducted 224.00 out of our account. When I asked that said they were sorry it should have been explained better. When we checked out they charged me a 55.00 a night destination fee and tax again even though on expedia it was fully paid. Ended up paying an extra 127.00 dollars and got 100.00 back 3 days after we checked out. Also if you vape or smoke there is no smoking on the property so u have to leave the resort.

Hay una persona mujer q creo es la gerente del lugar es una persona muy amargada y el trato de ella hacia los clientes es fatal

Had no idea that we were staying in a 2/2 bed/bath with full kitchen & living room. We loved the tiki bar staff which is an independent operation and walked down the road for a waterside dinner. We’re booking another 3 night stay with our grandson as the pool & beach are perfect for littles!

Not the most convenient for food or amenities. Pool and almost everything else shuts down at sundown. Villas are very expensive and spared q
