Otelden ve çalışanlardan çok memnun kaldık, otel çok büyük tüm olanaklara sahip yemekler bi tık tuzlu gibi onun dışında çeitlilik ve lezzet olarak gayet iyi, personel her talebinize yardımcı oluyor, çok keyifli bir tatildi teşekkürler JAZ Mirabel ailesi🙏

Çalışanlar çok iyiydi, yemekler lezzetli ve çeşitliydi. özellikle hamur işlerine bayıldık. Otel genel olarak temizdi. sadece banyoda bakım kiti olmasını ve suların kilitli sulardan olmasını isterdik. Bir de odalara bakım yapılabilir.

Great overall. Beautiful resort.

People friendly and had activities everyday.

We recently stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed with the overall experience. From the moment I arrived, the welcome felt unenthusiastic and unhelpful, setting the tone for the rest of my stay. Unfortunately, most of the staff I encountered seemed unfriendly or indifferent, which made even simple requests feel awkward. The food was passable but nothing memorable, average quality at best. As for the rooms, they were outdated. The furniture and decor looked tired, and the overall condition made the stay far less comfortable than I had hoped. With a bit of updating and maintenance, this could be improved significantly. Overall, the hotel has potential, but the combination of unfriendly service, mediocre food, and old rooms made for a disappointing visit. I hope management invests in improvements soon.

Tres spacieux, plage toute proche.

I really liked the snack bar near heated pool ,staff are great happy people ,was a pleasure to eat there ,cheese burger and chips were great ,liked the pizza selection too .

The resort was lovely, had everything you needed from small shops to hair dressers and lovely staff. Plenty for kids to do and also for adults. Most staff were lovely especially the staff in the restaurant - a special thanks to youssef. Some front desk staff can be a little more friendlier and smile often. We had issues with very loud noise from the hotel next door with their loud rave music every night, to which management tried their level best to get them to lower the volume. Offered us complimentary Al la carte dinner for our understanding. Wish we stayed a little longer.

The resort is beautiful with a lovely gardens, a beach and big swimming pools. There were plenty of sun beds when we visited in November 2025. The sea is shallow for a long way, with access to deeper swimming areas and the coral reef from the end of the pontoon. The food is of good quality and there’s a great terrace bar with singers in the evening. On the slightly less positive side, the evening beach party and DJ techno music choices were better suited to a different crowd. Overall the quality of the evening entertainment was moderate. The JAZ resort is a collection of hotels, this was not initially clear. We stayed in the JAZ Beach Hotel but originally booked for the JAZ Park Hotel and then changed the booking after receiving an email advising us on the restrictions associated with the slightly less expensive hotel. From what we saw the JAZ Park Hotel had more children’s entertainment and the JAZ Beach Hotel was more geared towards adults although at the Beach Hotel there was a family restaurant we ate in the adults only restaurant. The bed was very hard but our room was a good size. Overall we enjoyed a great holiday.

Staff very attentive and pleasant, hotel and grounds are kept beautiful and very well looked after. Beautiful setting, lovely being able to take a few steps from the hotel and straight onto the beach. Entertainment was very enjoyable. The food was amazing and catered for all tastes, so much to choose from throughout the day. Loved every minute

Pene uteområder, rom kunne vært oppdatert men mer enn bra nok for oss (sjelden på rommet). Personalet var hyggelig og hjelpsomme. De ga oss en ekstra al a carte middag da Expedia hadde elendig kundeservice. Vær obs på at det står 3 al a carte middager på Expedia, det stemmer ikke, kun 1 pr opphold er inkludert. Strand var ren, må gå ut en pir for å komme til dypt nok vann for behagelig bading, men så ikke det som noe problem. God mat, godt utvalg.

Pool and grounds were nice but there was a clear difference between the areas of the resort. The beach side was significantly more updated and the front side needs to match. Also, we ended up having three rooms because the first two were either still dirty and smelled, or didn’t even have a large bed for a couple.

The hotel is lovely, very open grounds and not overcrowded. Food is fresh and really good quality with a wide selection. The staff couldn’t have done more for us. Overall a great trip

Odalar genel olarak temizdi istediğiniz her zaman temizlendi. Oda mobilyaları eskiydi. Çalışanlar kibardı bazıları suratsızdı. Yemekler iyiydi türk damak tadına uygundu bazı kıyma yemekleri hariç çünkü kullandıkları baharatlar bize uymuyordu. Denizi gayet temiz güzel havuz güzel. Restoran temiz hizmet hızlı. Genel olarak 10 üzerinden 8. Fiyat performans olarak başarılı tavsiye ederiz
