Bell boy & hotel staffs would not help to load my luggage to the van. They are ague with the driver about the parking in front of the hotel. However that is not the reason for them, which 3 hotel staffs stand right there. This is unprofessional & not the right acting of their duty. This rude all the good reputation we have with the hotel, which other staffs are nicely. Hotel Manager should consider this is a serious matter as hotel claim 5 star.
