Room was clean. Location was good, close to restaurants and activities. Breakfast was good as well.

The pool and hot tub were great. Area was well kept Small amount of mould was noted in the shower area. Reported to the front desk and a maintenance man came up very quickly to resolve the issue. Otherwise the room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold items. It was great to have coffee and hot water available for tea 24/7. Will definitely stay there again

Check in was smooth. Very kind and helpful staff. Everything was clean except for the pool. Pool was foggy and had flakes that looked like fish food floating on top of the water. Not a lot just a bit. Stayed one night. Breakfast was delicious.

The room was in okay condition. I was never told there was a fee to pay once arrived and my boyfriend paid prior so I had to wait for about an hour to get into my room after they finally found his card.. the staff didn’t know directions of grumpy well

Black mold at the bottom of the shower door, took over 5min to adjust water temp in shower, human excrement on the office chair. Too be honest was not expecting this from a Hampton Hotel. Would not return.
