Property was in a very convenient location - near downtown Falmouth and the ferry to Oaks Bluff.

Lovely place

The hotel was quiet and comfortable. The room was very spacious too. Very happy customer.

The front desk was extremely sweet and professional. Check in and checking out was a breeze

We were looking for an inexpensive place to stay for one night on the Cape in the Falmouth area and were pleasantly surprised with what the Admiralty Inn & Suites offered. We were greeted cordially by staff upon arrival and noticed right away that property, although a bit dated, was well taken care of! Our room had recently been renovated and was well done, especially the bathroom which was clean and spacious. We visited the pool and it was clean with an ample lounge chairs for guests. The parking was convenient and also ample. Although it’s located right on Rt 28, the property was quiet. Checkout was easy and the staff again was pleasant! The property listed as providing continental breakfast, but when we checked in we were charged $12 for breakfast and the pool? It seemed weird but even with the $12 it was still very affordable. The continental breakfast consisted of coffee and a pre wrapped chocolate chip cookie, so that was a little disappointing. Our stay was very good and I would definitely stay there again, and recommend to other travelers. I would have rated it very good if that were an option. I did not rate excellent because I reserve that rating for like 5 star hotels.

Overall a good experience.. yes I would stay again! The room was clean and some things have been updated but other things could use replacing. The couch was not the best and the spiral staircase was older. It definitely could use replacing as one of the stairs were loose and many of the balusters were held in place by electrical tape that was painted over, but was still solid enough to be functional. The WiFi was not the greatest and the tv kept freezing. The outdoor pool was great!

A great deal for the money. Nothing fancy but very clean and updated.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was nice to have a townhouse with 2 bedrooms.

This place definitely didn’t look like the pictures it was a little dirty and the door wouldn’t shut all the way noise from the neighbors all night just very old and not well maintained.

Staff was super friendly! Hotel is conveniently located near a lot of places to eat and buy necessities. Nothing fancy but was a good stay

Very clean and spacious room, beds & pillows comfortable and in great location for us. Court yard well maintained and comfortable for relaxing at the end of the day.

The bathroom stink of cigarettes … parking was awful with solar panels above you no room for two cars..
