Me encantó el buffet

Todo el staff muy profesional, servicial y amable. La cama muy cómoda. El restaurante sirve comida muy rica y variada.

Todo estuvo muy bien solo un detalle q la regadera estuvo floja y no podía fijaría

Muy limpio, personal atento. La habitación tiene 2 camas matrimoniales pero es para una, por lo que los espacios son muy pequeños. El clóset es para una persona y 2 o 3 días de estancia. Si meten a 2 personas, esa segunda persona ya no tiene donde ponerse sus cosas. Eso me pasó y tuve que ponerla; parte en el piso y parte en un especie de escritorio flotante donde ponen su promoción

Excelente servicio desde la llegada

La habitación estaba en excelentes condiciones, además el personal fue demasiado amable y atento.

The room was clean and got clean every day while I was there. The breakfast was good and there was plenty enough to choose from. The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times; I reported an issue with the shower on the first day I got there, the staff came together and fix the issue the very same day. I did not bring my dog, but I know she would like the place. The coffee needs improvement, I could not fine hot coffee late during the day. I was able to connect to Wi-Fi and got access the internet on my first day, then, for 3 days the service that I got was Wi-Fi without access to the internet; but on the last day I was there day 5 I was able to access the internet. That was an F on connectivity. A microwave would be helpful too. It was difficult to located the place on my first day, the displayed signed is very small and does not stand out in the middle of a light pole, the Pemex sign posts and the bushes near by. A lighted or bigger signed might help. Once you know where the Hotel is located, it is easy to get in and out.

Staff claimed breakfast was to be paid separately as an extra charge. I'm sure I left a watch behind, but when I called to inquire about it, I was told that nothing was found in the room.
