Everything about this property was just perfect the staff the rooms the entire place food was delicious 20 out of 10

Amazing! Incredible service from everyone. Loved the beach bar - great people serving drinks and food there with amazing beach views - the tuna ceviche was the best ever. Baboo restaurant was very nice, had breakfast and dinner there. Very peaceful. My room was huge and the balcony superb to relax at. The embajadores/ras take care of everything from reservations to activities to transfers and they are delightful. All in all I had an amazing stay. Thank you.

Exceptional service, staff were very attentive and helpful in any way possible. Beautiful and tranquil spot. Room was beautifully decorated and view from the balcony was truly amazing especially dining sunrise.

Beautiful property, private beach, no crowds - personalized service and amenities.

Room was very clean and housekeepers were excellent. Grounds were beautiful and all staff were very friendly and helpful. There were a few minor glitches, such as Jacuzzi at pool not heating up, buttons on room phone not aligning with the stated departments, and poor internet the last couple of days, making it difficult to reach Embajadores staff.

Here is the good and the bad Room was nice . Clean . Beach was nice . Some staff was amazing ..some not so much. Room service late every morning. Very small portions ..grill restaurant on site horrible !!! A lot of people standing around not doing much. Nobody offered us food drinks by pool or beach . 3 workers stood and watched my mom fall and never helped us . If your paying 2000 a night things should be great . Hottub was cold . A 90 min massage is really 60 min. Make sure to check prices on clothes washing . $180 for a bag of clothes . I thought it would be basic launder . Car service that is provided left us for dead downtown ..concerige never responded ..didn't respond 45 min. Had to take frightening Uber from guy I had to give directions . I think they are paying for these 5 star reviews

VIP treatment starting from the door of the plane is exceptional. At every moment throughout our stay the incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive staff was ready and able to assist us with anything we needed. Our beachfront room was comfortable and well appointed, and the on resort amenities more than we could take advantage of in our four day stay. A perfect getaway!

Fabulous resort with top notch staff providing next level service. Private and peaceful small boutique atmosphere where the ocean front villas are very comfortable, clean, and nicely updated. The food is also excellent and includes local favorites on the menu with everything flavorful and well prepared. A truly exceptional property that my family will visit again, which is made even easier with VIP airport assistance provided by the hotel.

Beautiful property and villas, staff is amazing. Only thing lacking was in room dining options (though I suppose most people don’t use this service as you are in paradise and why get room service) and the food at the on site restaurant was good but not 5 star good. The best part was the VIP transfer to and from the airport. Eliminating waiting in lines is priceless!

Outstanding

Incredible service from the moment you step off you flight with the VIP airport service, felt like we were flying private. Yocasta and her team of ambassadors took care of everything we requested from restaurant reservations to golf tee times and transportation. The included breakfast was spectacular. Rooms are large, we had a 2 bedroom villa that was perfect for our family with teenagers. The personal golf cart parked outside our room made it easy to get around the whole Puntacana resort. Views from our room were amazing. Pool was a bit small but we spent our time at the beautiful and uncrowded beach. Can’t wait to return!

Excellent hotel and experience

Tortuga Bay is a beautiful and tropical paradise! From the moment you are met at the airport to the moment you have to depart the VIP service is exemplary! The luxurious Villa accommodations in a peaceful atmosphere on a wonderfully private beachfront property exceeded what we had expected and more! The Private Embajadores services are exceptional and all staffing at Tortuga Bay are courteous, respectful of your privacy, and go out of their way to make your experiences perfect; from Day Housekeeping to Night Turn Down(and chocolates), transport needs, wait staffing, and the list continues. Both Bamboo and La Yola restaurants are exceptional. A round of golf at La Cana directly on the ocean, with our tee time being managed through the Embajadores services at Tortuga Bay, was a once in a lifetime experience as well. Without question a recommendation to enjoy the spa offerings through the Punta Cana Resort as it also was amazing! We hope to go back someday as our stay at Tortuga Bay was not a vacation at a resort, but a vacation that was set amongst the beauty of Punta Cana with the staff at Tortuga Bay making us feel we were among family.
