아주 넓은 객실과 욕실과 화장실이 완전히 분리된 다른 공간이란 점이 맘에 들었으나 요즘은 너무나 당연한 객실내 무료 wifi는 커녕 호텔 어디에도 wifi를 무료로 사용할 수없었고, 수영장은 어린이를 동반할 수가 없어서 3박을 하면서 한번도 사용한 적이 없었으며, 호텔 규정에는 수영장 사용료를 지불해야한다고 되어있었으나 잘모르겠고... 아침 식사도 여러가지 타입이 있었으나 투숙객에게 별로 싸지않은 가격. 결론적으로 비싼 숙박료 대비 자유롭게 누릴수 있는 것은 아무것도 없었음. 이기간에 예약할수 있는 5성 호텔이 이곳밖에 남아있지 않아서 어쩔수없이... 별로 추천하고 싶지않음.

Loved the hotel and its amenities. Free water bottles, great indoor pool with excellent steam room and sauna. Area was safe and easy to walk to city centre / old town. Only wish was that it was 10 mins closer so less walking every day. The staff was all super helpful and the room was very large with lots of room. Separate shower and bath tub too! Would book again.

Really enjoyed this hotel in a nice quiet respectable neighbourhood a short walk from the historic centre.

O atendimento da Gerente Maria José foi impecável. Apesar de um pequeno inconveniente ocorrido com meu carro, o Hotel solucionou tudo. Parabéns!

Not an area with things to see but great hotel

It was great, but there’s no dock for charging with usb type c and a connections, which i typically expect from hotels. They lend out adapters, but they ran out and didn’t quite have the right ones. I was very crunched for time, so this was quite an inconvenience for me

Very old property in need of renovation. The rooms are very big which is good but the furniture is worn out. The bed is uncomfortable. For the price of the room you would expect more, a lot more.

Beautiful stay

Location: Great as it is in a quiet area with a short walk to the main sites and old town. Hotel: Very nice hotel with good ammenities and lounge area. Staff: Very nice, helpful and friendly. Room: Very nice and spacious. Large bathroom and shower. I would certainly stay here again.

I am so disappointed about few reasons. The coffee machine was not provided but water boiler with Nescafé 1oz Pack first day and next day not even gave us coffee. And the light fixture on the ceiling needed clean, old dead bugs in the fixtures it’s very unpleasant. There!s no body lotion provided second days. The blow dryers was so old makes terribly sounds I have to call to replace new. The spa was terrible. The steam room looks like it has been out of order for years. I would not recommend it to anyone. I don’t know how people say. It was a wonderful place. They have not seen it wonderful place yet the only thing five stars it was a price. Looks like they need a new management someone who can manage it for guest satisfaction not for the owners making money. I stayed in Weston hotel many years ago before Marriott bought it. I never liked that Marriott. I stayed in Marriott Westin because it’s only five star hotel in Valencia was available.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Our air conditioned room was perfect during the unprecedented heat outside (37 degrees C) and the swimming pool facilities were great! Our bath area was a real highlight with marble walls and floor. Ivan at reception was very nice to us and staff in the restaurant were very friendly. We enjoyed a lovely dinner the night before we left accompanied by live flamenco performance. Location of the hotel is very convenient as it is close to the metro and is well connected to main tourist attractions. We hope to return to Valencia and would love to come back and stay at Westin Valencia.

Overall the property and staff were exceptional. Expedia was a nightmare with the overall trip booking so much so that I would not use them again, but the hotel was perfect.
