The area its great, the room i didn't like

I need my deposit back

Hotel was lovely. We didn't realize that Memphis has high gang crime. We didn't venture out, but felt safe at the hotel only.

Wonderful…10/10

A convenient location (6 mins drive) from Beale Street

Slept sooo good,may have over slept after check out time 😅if my husband didnt wake me up! Everyone was super nice.

The staff was great! The best customer service I have seen at a Best Western. Great customer service! In addition, the breakfast was good, the beds were good.

Great location near medical district. Great price. Has free hot breakfast and a gym. Secured parking lot and secured entry. Room is good size. There are 5 floors. You will love it here. Within walking distance to Beale Street. It was a last minute stay and a good choice for the price.

Our TV never worked the entire time we were there. They literally were manually rebooting their router and still the TV wasn’t working. Just seems unprofessional for a hotel to not have better Wi-Fi service. Also, when we arrive to our room, the door was wide open. It had us questioning, We’re wearing the right spot?

Ich war dort schon häufig, wobei das eine oder andere Detail etwas schlechter wurde. Das Frühstück ist nicht mehr dasselbe wie vor einigen Jahren, die Kommunikation an der Rezeption in der Muttersprache Englisch leider nicht immer gut gegeben. Es gab einige in der Gruppe, die Hinweise auf Unsauberkeit auf dem Zimmer hatten. Bei mir selbst fiel die Dusche 2 Nächte aus!

Property seemed fine & our room was fine for 1 night...but does seem out of place and a little sketchy IMO.

I love a good Best Western stay because the rooms are always clean, the building is generally quiet, and the breakfast is good. This was no exception. The room was bigger than I expected, and super clean. Plenty of outlets and the staff was super friendly and fast. I'm only giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the toilet handle slipped off the chain a few hours before check out and I couldn't get it back on, but I'm sure if I had mentioned it, it would have been fixed quickly. Overall, I highly recommend. The neighborhood might give you pause, and maybe the outside could use some sprucing up, but this is a good hotel, and the omelets were on point.

The best aspect of my stay was the staff, especially TJ. From check-in to check-out, TJ was extremely helpful. He was able to answer any questions we had about the area, places to dine and things to do during our stay. Any issue's we had in our room, TJ was able to correct and did so with a pleasant attitude and a smile.

Ms. Joyce is the best! Her breakfast is so delicious and she is so kind and accommodating. I would go back just for her. Facilities were nice, spacious rooms, cameras in the parking lot. We felt safe and secure.

Older property in did not stay I left for another property I just didn't feel safe. Whole parking lot fence topped white

The room was out dated the table and chair were old and rusted the toilet ran throughout the night none of the sockets next to the beds work. I called down to the front desk and was told that there is no maintenance guy on the property and they wouldn’t be able to fix the issue until Tuesday the nerve of them to ask for $100 incidental deposit on a room where they have people outside begging for change.

This was pretty junky.. had no real experience, the bed smelled (sheets).. we did not stay for breakfast. We left as soon as we woke.

The property is surrounded by a fence with razor wire. It is very close to Minglewood Hall. Uber is definitely the way to go even though it is within walking distance as it is an unsafe area. The room was decent and the bed was comfortable for 1 night. Would stay again if seeing a concert at Minglewood Hall.

The room was very clean and quiet. Bed was comfy!Receptionist Deborah was nice, friendly and professional.
