Bed and pillows were riduculously lumpy and hard. Breakfast was absolutely minimal. It was very clean and affordable.

The room I was assigned to wasn’t ready. The beds were messy and not made and the bathroom had towels on the floor.

Bathroom very small; Needs to upgrade rooms real bad; breakfast (low quality, sour milk) and breakfast staff needs real improvement; everything was there for the name sake = old carpets and room, very small bathroom, towels were old and glorified hand towels size (small); we thought we were coming to a nicer hotel but it ranked lowest hotel in the area (we stayed in 4 different hotels in the area)

I truly enjoyed my stay. My bed was soooooo comfortable! The room was the cleanest hotel room I've been in, in a while. The staff were all welcoming and pleasant that I encountered. I definitely would stay again.

On the last step of the pool, you were unable to see your toes because it was so cloudy. I'm surprised there were no diseases contracted. The whole place was dirty, sounds could be heard above you, below you and next to you. Hallway reeked of weed.

Overall hotel was clean and the rooms were comfortable. Bed was plush and room was orderly. Took a long time to get hot water in the shower, but we were on the 4th floor, so that might have been a factor. Elevators were right by the pool entrance. Floors were often wet due to carelessness of guests using the pool. Guests also seemed to be obsessed with marijuana as the outside entrance smelled like a skunk farm and the odor lingered where they then traveled. Elevators for one. Pool area for another. I know that is not a fault of the hotel as it happens at every place we stay. Ashamed people cannot be more respectful and considerate of others. Overall, would stay again.

The pool area was really run down, paint coming off of the floors and walls, paint flakes all over the floor, the pool area was so hot it was unbearable to see in and watch kids play. Other area seemed dirty as well. Will not be staying here again.

Keys for outdoor entrance did not work, this is a safety issue.

I am exceptionally happy with my experience in this hotel the staf is amazing everything is clean cozy. I would definitely stay again

It was good

The water was off from 11:00am-1:40 pm on a day that I was planning to be in my room during those hours. Also, they only wash the towels every 3 days but housekeeping came in and put my dirty towels on the bathroom floor , put new ones in the bathroom but left the old ones on the floor and the bathroom trash wasn’t completely emptied. Because I had spread the bed it wasn’t made but the hand soap and the pen and pad was replaced. It was a half cleaning job and I’ve never quite seen that before. Not to mention, the housekeeping supervisor didn’t realize I had checked in already and used her key to come in to check the cleanliness of the room. She apologized but it made me feel uncomfortable the rest of my stay.

Room was musty and humid even with the air conditioning. Fitness center needed better air conditioning.

The facility and room were clean. The internet went in and out during our entire stay. There were not very many food choices at their breakfast buffet and they ran out of several items.

From beginning to end our stay at the Wingate by Wyndham Louisville was fantastic. Friendly staff, great facilities and even a laundry room for guests qas available. Plenty of breakfast items to choose from. Our room was clean and comfortable. Thank you Wyndham!

It was located in a nice area with plenty of options of places to go. Nice and quiet stay and breakfast was available. Needs some updates in the rooms, but worth the price.
