아름다운 교정에 어울리는 조용히 쉴수있는 호텔이였어요. 직원들의 응대도 친절했고요.수영장과 사우나 이용도 여가시간을 보내기 좋았습니다. 다만 청소시간이 늦어 방에 머무르기도 외출후 들어오기도 좀 애매했어요. 청소요청태그를 도입해 우선 청소해주면 좋겠다고 생각했습니다. 기분좋게 잘 쉬다 왔습니다 감사합니다

So much better than I expected. The bar area, restaurant and huddle areas were all so beautifully done and the food and drink lprices were very reasonable. Plenty of electric car charging available. All staff we encountered were helpful, polite and friendly. Rooms very comfortable and modern. Will definitely book again next time we stay in Loughborough.

Be careful with the Free Wifi. I got cyber attacked (ARP poisoning attempts), I complained and wanted to speak to someone about it but sadly they didn't take it seriously. However the issue seem to magically resolve itself the next day! Without any direct communication then I can only assume it was magic. Also 'self-check-in'.....not a fan, I scan my food at the supermarkets, I tag my luggage at the airport - I think I am working for 8 companies now and I dont get even get a staff discount!!! Keep smiling.

Parking is easy. However the Breakfast was £16 which is way too expensive and we will never eat all the stuff what is provided. Breakfast should be simple and i don't mind spending about £5 for a breakfast. It is breakfast not a big lunch

Was a lovely hotel, only bug bares were that the pool showers had no hot water come 6pm on Saturday evening also the continental breakfast the pastries were hard and not edible.

We had a wonderful stay at Burleigh Court.

Everything was perfect. We did not add breakfast whilst booking rooms as we were not sure if we would do breakfast at the hotel. However, we decided to have breakfast on payment however the staff didn’t charge us for the breakfast and said that they had no shows! Nice gesture!

Very helpful staff and honest too! One family member forgot their Chanel necklace at the room whilst checking out. The hotel staff called us about it and we picked that up.

Bed not wide enough for the headboard so couldnt reach light switches

Great location on campus with a nice bar and restaurant. Rooms were slightly more functional but comfortable and all we needed. Would definitely stay again, and the price was good.

It's was nice a bit different from other hotels

Bathroom was poor with outdated bath and shower which was dangerous to use. The group booking for 9 people did not seem to exist. Very poor internal communication. The bedroom doors were not soft close and banged all night as people went to their rooms. We were refused entry to the dining area at 7.00 pm as we hadn't booked never having being informed of such a procedure at reception. Finally two days before we were due to arrive we were informed that our booking made on Jan 23rd nearly 2 months prior was cancelled due to overbooking!! After several phonecalls to the hotel we finally got our booking reinstated. What a stressful experience for an 82 year old alumni of the University attending our 63rd reunion (Rutherford Hall block 5 ,1963)
