Felt safe as though in own house

Ideally suited with plenty of dining options within walking distance. Rooms are very clean and comfortable but dated.

Clean enough but very dated. Bathroom had shocking lighting and needed a bigger shelf or something near basin. My light flickered too. Lots of noise both nights. Great towels were replaced during the day but bed wasn’t touched. Front desk staff super nice.

Claen, comfortable bed, off street parking. All we needed for a short stay.

Located in a nice quiet part of Townsville. Easy and secure parking on site. Room is clean and relatively spacious. Though as a person travelling for business, a work desk and chair would be nice.

Extremely disappointing, before I even arrived. Payment was taken from my credit card without my permission, I had booked this and arranged to pay at the property. I only booked this place because I wanted to be near my friend for his birthday. When my friend arrived, his booking had been cancelled with no notice or reason. The apartment was big and spacious, and in a good location, but all you could smell was bleach as you entered, very strong. I wouldnt recommend staying here.

Was fine..

The location was excellent and value for money also good, and for those reasons we would stay here again. HOWEVER, the room was very 'tired' and definately needs some updating, we booked a King size bed and there was only a queen in the room, the bathroom cupboard areas had mildew/dirt on them (needed cleaning).

The property was in a good location. The tap dripped continuously, noisy from next door and outside.

Quiet, location, secure

Very clean, spacious room. Shower was nice, though it leaked for about 5min a couple hours into our stay. Toilet seat creaked loudly when sat on, and I only weigh about 54kg. My fiance felt the pillows were uncomfortable, and struggled to sleep on them. I slept fine however, so it may be different tastes. When we got to our room there were a few mosquitoes and flies already inside. There was a single outlet by the TV. WiFi was free and good, until the evening when it refused to connect. However, there is open WiFi provided that we used instead. We were able to walk less than a minute to the Indian restaurant next door, and about a minute the other way was another restaurant that we didn't go to(smelled delicious though!). We were able to check in early, which was very nice. Overall, good restaurants around it, and nice clean rooms! Very helpful staff :)
