리버풀 관광을 위해 숙소를 알아보던 중 발견한 곳입니다. 차를 빌렸기 때문에 무료 주차가 가능한 것과 차로 이동하기에 크게 멀지는 않았습니다. 다만 객실 내 와이파이 사용이 불가능하고 객실 내 TV채널이 4개 정도 뿐입니다. TV가 굉장히 작고 조작법이 특이해요. 거의 20년 전 모델 같은.. 전체적으로 와이파이와 TV를 제외한다면 편하게 머물렀던 숙소입니다.

Staying at The Park Hotel was like an escape room. The room was filthy with mould all over the bathroom, they only clean the rooms and replace the towels every 4 days and the door handle came off when I tried to get out leaving me trapped in the room. I had to use the tea spoon to wedge in the door frame to open the door and and escape. Complete fire hazard. I had to demand a different room or I would have moved hotels. The second room was better but I would never stay there again.

Clean tidy nice atmosphere a bit far out from Liverpool city center great location for the races.

The hotel room was dated but clean and tidy and the bed was comfy. Wouldn’t recommend for a romantic get away but great for no drama stays

Hotel looks better inside than from outside. Free parking. Clean rooms , but is not cleaned daily during my stay. Overall good stay.

More heating in the rooms, I was absolutely freezing. Complained to reception and they did nothing about it and said ‘you have a heater in your room’ which I knew but it wasn’t working. Friendlier staff at breakfast

Friendly staff. Nice food in the bar. Breakfast was varied and good. Coffee could do with improving though! Room was small but fine for me and my son. Big iron burn on the carpet though! And the bathroom could do with a clean. Our room wasn't serviced after our first day so had no tea/milks etc for our second morning but that's ok

Breakfast was lovely but meal on night was terrible, we had it refund, rooms need a really good clean, service was good staff very good

Bed was attrocious

Not a great experience.Very noisy room. Windows need updating as cold draft and traffic noise comes straight in.Doors are unable to be closed quietly so woken up everytime someone closed them.Mattress was very uncomfortable. Fried breakfast was tasteless and bland. Will not stay again. Premier inn is much better for the same price.

Breakfast really good, everything good standard of cleanliness parking superb,staff were excellent, rooms need updating because the look outside and down corridors reception looks brand new

Clean hotel nice breakfast good staff

Clean rooms and helpful staff. Liked the location as we were visiting family in Bootle and will definitely stay there again. Room just a little small but didn’t take away from the rest of it.

The bed and bathroom were clean and comfortable but the room was dusty. The hem was down on the curtains, USB port and one bedside lamp not working. There was no Housekeeping Service over the two days I was there. Apparently you have to ask for this but nothing to tell you that and I've never had that before in a hotel. The staff were very nice and as helpful as they could be but there was no Receptionist on Sunday or Monday a.m. and no Maintenance all weekend. Dinner is not served after 6pm on a Sunday but there is no information about meal times in the rooms, at Reception or in the Dining Room. The parking is great.

Good location with lots of restaurants and retail shops including an Aldi next door, clean room and Hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Wifi times out sometimes but picks back up quickly. Breakfast was good and other options available. Very handy having 2 restaurants areas in the hotel and the dinner was very delicious.
