리버풀 관광을 위해 숙소를 알아보던 중 발견한 곳입니다. 차를 빌렸기 때문에 무료 주차가 가능한 것과 차로 이동하기에 크게 멀지는 않았습니다. 다만 객실 내 와이파이 사용이 불가능하고 객실 내 TV채널이 4개 정도 뿐입니다. TV가 굉장히 작고 조작법이 특이해요. 거의 20년 전 모델 같은.. 전체적으로 와이파이와 TV를 제외한다면 편하게 머물렀던 숙소입니다.

The pros: The venue is beautiful, perfect for weddings. There was a wedding whilst I was there, and it looked fantastic. It was easy to get to from the old roan train station. Maybe 15-20mins walk. It was comfortable. Breakfast served at 8 was good and what was needed. There's a nice bar and restaurant to relax. The staff were helpful and very friendly. You could also chat with them which was good. The cons: It was difficult to work the shower. It all operated from the taps from the bath and the warm water tap was loose, so it was difficult to set a comfortable heat. The taps were loose on the bath too, I turned them worrying I might pull them loose from the bath. The plug in the bath doesn't come loose either, so the water from my shower filled the bath and I had no means of emptying it. All of the lights and appliances were switched on, so when I came in and put my card in its slot everything switched on. Which is fine, but it was frustrating as I arrived back in my room late at night just wanting to go to bed and I had to work out which switches switched off which appliances. The most frustrating of these was the light on the mirror, the switch for which for whatever reason is on the other side of the room. The elevator does not work very well. The doors are very slow and juttery opening and closing and gave me nerves that I'd be stuck in the elevator. As an alternative the stairs I assume are hidden somewhere I didn't see them.

ideal room for 1 or 2 nights, cool during UK heatwave. excellent breakfast. friendly helpful staff. bar closed before we got back, the only grumble I've got

The room was dated the tv didn't work very well and the tea coffee etc wasn't replenished. The room wasn't cleaned or the bed made nothing. The room lighting was dreadful very dark and dingy. The staff were great though.

We stayed for one night everything was perfect for us clean room helpful friendly staff and a lovey full English breakfast to wake up to in the morning Who could possibly want more Very happy will definitely stay again

Staff fantastic! Clean well run hotel. Plug didn't fit the bath and could do with information pack in the room : local shops, menu, times of breakfast and restaurant times, map etc. overall I would stay there again.

Ideally situated for Aintree racecourse and railway station 20 minute walk. Restaurant has a nice ambiance food very good, both breakfast and evening meal. Nice bar area serving cocktails, not much choice of real ales and serving bar meals. Bedrooms need bit TLC they have tried to provide everything but packed it in. Ironing board in wardrobe so then you can’t have clothes in it. Fold up case rack but if used you it you would be squeezing by it as room not big enough. Safe not working notice suggests all safes in the hotel have been disconnected. Housekeeping leaves a bit to be desired they let the hotel down compared to reception, restaurant and bar. Not much in the surrounding area. I would stay again if visiting the races.

Personnel au top ! Les chambres ne sont pas insonorisés , et les lits pas très confortable. Cela se voit qu’ils sont usés , on s’enfonce dedans .

Great for the horse track and for a good time

Lovely stay, only small issue was could have done with more staff on at breakfast and especially at dinner. For what we needed it for (walking distancevto Aintree) it was great. Staff friendly and enjoyed our stay. Maybe the beds could fo with updating. Other than those two points absolutelty great.

Easy check in / out, bright, clean & airy, friendly staff, great breakfast

Staying at The Park Hotel was like an escape room. The room was filthy with mould all over the bathroom, they only clean the rooms and replace the towels every 4 days and the door handle came off when I tried to get out leaving me trapped in the room. I had to use the tea spoon to wedge in the door frame to open the door and and escape. Complete fire hazard. I had to demand a different room or I would have moved hotels. The second room was better but I would never stay there again.
