Was a great stay thanks be try much

The room was large, providing space for our family of 4. It was clean, with coffee, milk, bottles, biscuits & earplugs. The staff were so lovely and helpful. We’d stay again & definitely recommend.

The property is located right next to a busy highway and is extremely noisy. Unfortunately, there is virtually no sound insulation, and our ground floor room made it impossible to get a good night’s sleep due to constant traffic noise and sounds from the floor above. Additionally, the bathroom and shower floor were quite dirty, which added to our disappointment. Overall, it was not a comfortable stay.

Would be a great idea to have laundry facilities - for all the tournaments held in Coffs. Pool area wasn’t that clean, when asked for room to be serviced came back and only bins changed and towels left but no bed made. Reception was not that welcoming at times.

I would suggest that no one stays at this property. The lady who checked me in was rude and curt. The property is not "in town" as advertised, but a good 15 minute walk through the dodgy part of town and felt unsafe. And say goodbye to any sleep you may want. This place is right on the busiest intersection of main road in all of Coffs. All night trucks stopped and started at the lights right outside. Terribly noisy all night. The old rooms had single glazed windows so zero sound proofing. Bathroom has cracked vanity bench and a smelly shower. I feel ripped off for the amount of money they charged for such a terrible hotel.

Overall great stay. Lovely bed and comfortable room. Great to have microwave, coffee machine and other crockery cutlery & available. Room can be bright (no curtains in kitchen area) and fan in bathroom was a bit noisy but otherwise everything worked well. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

Comfy bed, good heater, good sized room with coffee machine and microwave, usb charging points, convenient location. Noise from highway is VERY loud- despite management considerately providing earplugs, this hotel is definitely not for light sleepers. Shower ran hot and cold for the 3 showers I had across 3 days. Bad enough to not be able to wash hair!

A great spot to stop & stay, staff friendly, great linens on the bed, lots of quick hot water in the shower. Highly recommend

Accom good, what have been better if breakfast/ room service was available.

The central location and friendly staff are big pluses.
