전체 평가 및 리뷰 Residence Inn by Marriott Boston Norwood

코로나로 제대로 운영되지 못해서, 프런트에도 아무도 없고 서비스도 좀 부족합니다. 다만, 객실은 아주 편한데, 다만 벽난로가 작동도 안하고 프런트에서도 도움이 안되서 아쉬웠죠.

It’s a great place to stay with my family. Kids loved the pool and breakfast was nice and clean. Also it was pretty close to Boston.

위치를 잘못 선정했지만 호텔 자체는 큰 무리 없이 좋은 조건을 갖었다식사도 좋았으며 방도 넙ㅎ어서 사용하기 좋았다 다만 주위에 상점이나 식당이 없어서 식당까지 걸어가기는 뮈 였으며 가족과 함깨 간다면 차를 꼭 필요로 했다 호텔에서의 물값이 너무 비싸서 놀랬다

Loved the spacious room

They highlighted the beautiful pool and outdoors but that was not what I encountered. Front desk staff was very pleasant housekeeping was rude

Breakfast buffet was very good. Best scrambled eggs along all hotels we’ve stayed at. The staff is very friendly, helpful. We had two different 5-day stays within two weeks and so glad we found it.

The hotel room was in horrible condition and smelled terribly. It was gross and rundown. We didn’t even stay. We drove home. No refund.

Outdated and paint chipping in bathroom

We enjoyed our stay in the 2-bedroom suite. The location is the main reason we chose this property. The single elevator for the whole building was inconvenient as it was a long distance from our room on the fourth floor.

À éviter de toute urgence. Je n’ai jamais été dans un hôtel aussi sale. L’état global intérieur de l’hôtel laisse à désirer fortement, c’est très vieux. Personnel relativement agréable, couverts en plastique et assiettes en carton. Odeurs de marijuana dans l’hôtel. Un matin je suis descendu à l’accueil, une pancarte indiquant que la personne de l’accueil était absente car aidant un autre client. Devinez qui dormait derrière la cloison… Je ne remettrait jamais les pieds dans cet hôtel.

You can never go wrong at Nsrriott!

The property is a bit run down for a Residence Inn. Needs some renovation, painting etc. Looks worn and tired.

Room electricity was only partially working. No maintenance people over night.

In a word ... MICE! , & very bold ones at that. Staff iaware

Housekeeping Shantel stole money out my wallet ...she return my 20 dollars Also elevator broke. I hone a handicap placard. Stress on my heart

It has really impressed me that a hotel this old is being so highly maintained. Aside from a few worn and dirty chairs along with some rust in the bathtub which I honestly could not bear to look at, everything else was immaculate. Your staff at this particular hotel is doing a great job unlike the residence in in Dartmouth.

I suffered a heart attack month or so ago..elevator broken 18th 19th My suite was top fl. 410..struggled getting up the stairs.. on top of it all housekeeping took 20 dollars out of my wallet..which was returned. Between Shantel I explained to Shantel I would've Report it..on the way leaving I heard her say no good!😳 Hurt my feelings. At that moment I believed she changed tha narrative..I was asked to leave. Not to mentioned Refund for stress on my heart..management Maria said Shantel was her best housekeeper.. Shantel tell put her phone number in my phone and said I will be the 1 to clean yours suite. I never had to use her number.. she was always the the one to clean..telling her co workers shed be the one to clean 410..Shantel called her son to return my 20.. ten dollar bill and two 5 dollar bill..I was asked to leave.So now I had to rush to pack..with my weak heart..It is So Disappointed after 4k for 3week stay to be kicked out Immediately.. Ridiculous.

I LIKE THE QUEIETNESS AND FRIENDLINESS. I WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN
