전체 평가 및 리뷰 Wyndham San Jose Herradura Hotel & Convention Center

This hotel is outdated. The rooms are very simple. Good if you are only staying one night. The pools barely have seats and look deserted. The best part of this hotel is the gym! So well equipped!! Best hotel gym I’ve experienced.

Overall bad experience Room condition very bad

Estuvimos hospedados de paso todo muy bien, a excepción de la cama que podía sentir cada uno de los resortes en mi espalda lo que causo de que descansara bien, pero el desayuno y personal del hotel lo compensaron totalmente.

GREAT STAY ! Will definitely reserve again, on our next trip to Costa Rica ! Just EXCELLENT in every way !

Good value hotel. Big rooms for low cost. Great amenities - 3 pools, big gym, great breakfast. Condition is the only issue. It's a little tired, but not bad. I've stayed many times

It was perfect

We stayed here a week ago and it was not good. This time was better. Still disappointed in the spa not working. Bathtub wooden drain. Breakfast was good.

Not many outside areas to walk

The property and facilities were lovely and staff interacted with were kind and helpful. Although room appeared clean, I was concerned upon opening the complimentary items - as previous guest had left empty rappers in box which house keeping had not noticed and removed with new item. Unfortunately you could also hear a lot of noise from next room, I was awoken late at night by fellow guests returning who were very rowdy - noise was so loud it sounded as though it could be in my room which was a little frightening. I did attempt to contact the front desk but the call was not answered so I had to try my best to get back to sleep ahead of an early flight with quite high noise levels up to 1:30/2am in morning.

The stay was good. Too short of time and did not have time to try all the amenities.

The breakfast was everything!!! Place is a bit outdated but the bfast makes up for that!

Necesita una reforma o dos...esta mas viejo que una olivera. Buen staff,buen desayuno, buen gimnasio. Lo demas para demoler.

The restaurant on property pricing was a bit expensive. Spent $50 for one meal for one person. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay.

Hotel is near the airport and good for convenience. Overall it was clean and staff was friendly but rooms are outdated and doesn't look much like the pictures online.
