직원분들이 정말 친절해서 리조트가 더욱 마음에 들었어요. 객실도 깨끗했고, 해변은 휴식을 취하고 즐거운 시간을 보내기에 아주 좋았습니다. 조식 뷔페는 꽤 붐벼서 음식을 가져오기가 조금 불편했던 점도 있었습니다. 전반적으로, 특히 아이가 있는 가족에게 정말 좋은 곳인 것 같습니다.

제 엄마는 상그릴라 알 막탄에서 생일을 축하해서 행복했어요. 휴식을 취하기 좋은 곳이에요.

One of the best hotels in the country. Staffs are excellent, pools are awesome, the food are great. And the garden, feels like I'm in paradise! We'll definitely come back.

Shangrila is still the best resort in Cebu for us. All staff are friendly and nice. We were able to get an early check in and late check out. Food is really great! Kids had so much fun feeding the fishes and playing in the arcade.

They told us no late check out allowed but they advertised late check out.

Very crowded. it has lost its serenity from years back. not good for couples looking to get away. when you arrive there's a long wait at the check in. there is also a long wait to check out! The restaurant will never run out of crying babies. can't get a good spot at the pool and the beach without kids crying and running around. such a sad stay.
