4성급이라고 하는데, 솔직히 수많은 호텔을 다녀왔지만 다른 4성 호텔과 비교했을때 말도 안된다고 생각함. 일단 해안가 인접하다해서 믿고 예약하였는데, 해안가엔 아무도 없음. 관리자도 없고 냄새나는 바다임. 해안까지 가는데 계단도 엄청나게 내려가야함. 프라이빗 비치가 아니라 누구하나 구조요청해도 모를정도. 조식도 포함이지만, 뭔가모를 신선하지 않는 느낌이 강함. 방은 넓지만 삐그덕대고 푹꺼진 쇼파베드와 휑하기 그지없는 텅빈 객실. 곧 망할 것 같은, 아니 이미 망한거 같은 유령호텔 느낌이 강한 호텔임. 빠르게 다른 곳으로 옮겼음. 4성급에 대한 기준이 있을텐데 직원 수도 턱없이 부족해보임.... 솔직히 이 호텔은 다시는 안갈거임. 숙소에 묵는 손님도 많지 않음. 딱 한가지 좋은건 야외 온수 수영장임. 직원들은 친절하지도 불친절하지도 않은 딱 거기까지.

Schöne Hanglage mit guter Aussicht. Lauwarmer Außenpool sehr angenehm. Gute Frühstückauswahl, Shuttleangebot nach Ischia und Bushaltestelle vor der Tür. Insgesamt fehlte uns aber der Charme und Freundlichkeit im Hotel. Wir empfanden es unpersönlich und der Service war unaufmerksam. Wir haben uns eher nicht wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer sind auch in der höheren Kategorie in die Jahre gekommen. Preis Leistung passt eher nicht. Würde es nicht wieder buchen.

The suite was gorgeous. The thermal pools were delightful as was the staff. The dinner was delicious and so was breakfast. We loved walking down to the ocean and swimming off the dock. The views were incredible!

Gorgeous views from the property. There are two restaurants on the site, one is inside and one outside. The menu is great, and the services is amazing. The outside swimming pool has thermal water which is naturally warm. There is thermal spa on site with another swimming pool inside is case of rainy weather. The hotel is located high above the sea level. If you feel like swimming in the sea, you will need to go down 270 steps and go up 270 steps. The hotel offers shuttle services to Porto/ downtown shopping. Staff is very professional and courteous. A few minor inconveniences: safe in the room didn't work and our room was on the upper floor with 40 steps up the stairs. If you have any difficulties with doing stairs, make sure to call in advance and request a room on a lower level.

The view made up for the slight discrepancies. An excellent pool area and beach dock with crystal clear waters. The thermal spa is a must and useful if the weather is not to good. There is a heated indoor pool, a cold shallow pool, steam room and jacuzzi. The room itself was a little tired. Curtains pulled off the railing, doors scratched and the bedside, with a bulb not working and french doors difficult to open. Both were mentioned to the front desk but were never fixed. There is no body lotion in the bathroom but there was soap and shampoo. The staff were generally very friendly and helpful but often we felt forgotten at breakfast when being asked for drinks or clearing the table.

Atemberaubende Lage über dem Meer, leicht ausserhalb von Ischia Porto. Gut auch per Bus zu erreichen (3 Haltestellen). Grosser Pool mit genügend Liegen und Bar direkt am Pool. Grosszügiges Frühstücksbuffet. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereits Personal an der Réception. Roller können direkt im Hotel gemietet werden. Lohnenswert für Ausflüge.

We had a shared terrace with the room next to ours, which wasn’t clear when we booked and felt a bit uncomfortable. Our first and second night the hotel had a live band playing until about 2am and after that fireworks.. They did not tell us about this on beforehand. Other than that, beutiful view and nice deck at the beach (a bit hard to get to though).

It is an older property. The air conditioning was not working to capacity while we were there. Our room was VERY HOT. We complained and were told we would be moved to another room (twice) and then were told, both times, that the air conditioning had been repaired by their tech. The first night we were moved to a room with air. The 2nd night, we were told the air was fixed. The room was still hot.

Beautiful location and friendly warm staff

Soggiorno piacevolissimo. Ristorante con un ottimo rapporto prezzo/qualità, il che ci ha portato a cenare sempre in hotel, anche perché la terrazza del ristorante è spettacolare.

The hotel and staff were wonderful; gorgeous pool inside and outside. The only negative I have is I wish there was an elevator to go to the beach. It's not easy to walk up 200 stairs.

La plage et la piscine de l'hôtel sont vraiment tres bien, neanmoins nous avions des chambres qui donnaient sur le jardin et donc a cote de l'une des routes les plus passantes de l'île, impossible de dormir ave la fenetre ouverte et on entendait les voitures fenetres fermées

OTROLIG utsikt med en fantastisk brygga nere vid havet. Supertrevlig personal både i lobby och restaurang som även hjälpte oss fixa lite frukostfika och kaffe till vår tidiga färja när vi skulle upp vid 05.30. Gångavstånd ned till hamnen, även upp funkade men blev såklart varmt.

Wonderful and clean. Selma and Manuela were wonderful at the bar and restaurant. Selma was especially wonderful and friendly

We had a wonderful time at Le Querce. The staff was helpful and friendly, the property was beautiful, and we were upgraded to a better room upon arrival. We would definitely come again!

Beautiful hotel! Quiet, comfortable, friendly staff. We can’t wait to go back!!
