Great hotel

Das Zimmer ist extrem klein dadurch ist man in der Bewegungsfreiheit sehr eingeschränkt. Das Hotel entspricht der Kategorie ,gute Lage ,freundlicher Empfang ,das Frühstück ist auch gut ,

As two hotels are joined together, the ambiance was a bit off one wing to the other. Large bed made getting into the room with our luggage a bit awkward. Parking out front was greatly appreciated. Very well located.

Great location. Nice clean rooms. Must book rooms with bay view. Extremely helpful staff - Glory went out of her way to resolve booking issues. Always attentive and professional.

Great location. Rooms were clean and bathroom update. No air conditioning and could not open windows. Outside of hotel looked terrible although inside was okay. Buffet breakfast was expensive for what was available, they kept taking items off buffet even.though there was still more than an.hour left. apple juice sour, coffee stale. Would not add breakfast..cute local places in walking distance

Our stay was excellent from start to finish. The room was so clean and we could not fault it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was well cooked and thoroughly scrumptious. A special mention to the young lady (Precious) who never failed to smile and greet you when entering the restaurant. All in all 10/10 and we will be back

The hotel maybe not look the best from outside but significant changes have been made since we were there last to improve things. The room we were in was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and had a fabulous view. Every member of staff we met was polite and friendly. The girl who checked us in was lovely. We didn't eat in as so many places to eat in Oban so can't comment on food. The hotel is in a great location for us as is so close to main centre and it also has a lift which is very handy. There is a good few steps from ground to entrance however, a ramp could perhaps be made at one side to pull cases up as I did notice people struggling. I am sure though reception would help if asked. We will be back

Really convenient hotel. Staff was really helpful. Parking is somewhat difficult but it works. Close to several restaurants and pubs. Elevator worked.

Room was good for the price. However the wifi didn’t work on the room(it was the small cosy room behind the lift so that’s understandable but maybe you should say on the website that wifi doesn’t work in these rooms. Great breakfast. Altogether good value. Outside facade is off putting but inside has been renovated well .

Elevator was down for repairs. 4 flights is a lot for an 83 year old

Wouldn’t waste money going here.it was dirty, smelly and falling apart.when reported to staff they couldn’t care less.managment have not got back to me regarding my complaint and refund.

The room was overall clean but tiny. The textile panels behind the bed were stained. Staff was specifically asked about a food item being vegan and I got the answer "no meats", which, yes that is one aspect of it but also not enough. I expect staff to know what this means and to answer it either fully (that is, list of ingredients) or without confusing details. The lift and hallways were tiny and you had to cram through, especially challenging if you're wider than a water bottle.

Nice hotel with excellent breakfast buffet.
