I went on a family trip and it was really quiet and comfortable.

The interior of the hotel is old. The air conditioner was running loudly and I couldn't flush the toilet easily, which was very inconvenient, but there's a metrobus just a short walk away. I was able to bear this inconvenience because of the good location with many restaurants nearby.

Cheap place to stay not the nicest. But it worked for us.I wasn't in the room that much

Me gustó la ubicación tan cercana al Ángel de la Independencia y pues toda la avenida Paseo de la Reforma. Hay demasiados negocios de comida cerca, farmacias, tiendas, oxxo, incluso en frente hay una fondita y un café con precios accesibles. Hay mucha vida a toda hora en esas calles. La única desventaja es que en la habitación que estuve se escuchaba ruido de la gente y niños que pasaban hablando por fuera, además de los portazos de las otras habitaciones.

La television tiene que actualizarse no podía apagarla con el control y se congelava

El hotel cumple con su función , es muy céntrico y puedes moverte caminado a varios lugares emblemáticos de CDMX , hay muchas opciones cerca de entretenimiento y comida , las instalaciones ya están un poco viejas pero le han dado mantenimiento , su volvería a quedarle , si quieres un lugar muy cómodo moderno y sin ruidos está no sería la opción

It's a great hotel that's close to the main avenues in the city and is very accessible through public transportation. Area is pretty safe, from what we saw. Staff was very attentive, although it's kind of hard to reach them through 3rd party platforms so it's better to contact the hotel directly. Property was very clean, and they come through and service the room every day. Would definitely stay again!

The hotel has some lovely period features whilst maintaining a modern standard. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms we had were very clean and fresh. Breakfast is buffet style and plentiful. The restaurant has a wide menu and the meal we had was freshly prepared and delicious.

Every employee there was extremely helpful and nice. I will definitely book there again on my next visit to Mexico.

Super atentos y amables todos, muy buen servicio, yo fui por el concierto de BTS y la vdd tenia miedo de que me salieran con aumento de tarifa o que había perdido mi cuarto por la hora en que llegaba, pero al contrario, super confiable el personal, me respetaron la habitación y costo, todavía deje encargado mi equipaje el día del check out y todo super bien, la cama muy comoda, la habitación igual, bonita y limpia, buena locación y precio y además bonitas instalaciones, quedé super satisfecha, definitivamente volveré, gracias hotel pf y personal ♡
