Staff especially Electra on reception who was charming and smart with lots of tips. Room was lovely, breakfast generous and a useful bar. Great VF£ and close to the underground station.

There was an issue with the toilet cistern which I reported the first day but was never addressed, in fairness they did offer a room switch but after working all day it was not what I really wanted, could have been fixed easily.

It is my favorite hotel in London. It’s necessary about Refrigerator & slippers. I think that location is good. It means where the neighborhood is very calm. I would like to stay next time.
