Great hotel and room. Not the warmest of welcomes on a Friday night. Overall very good and will stay again

Clean and comfortable

This was my 2nd stay at the hotel. It turned out to be a lot bigger than I thought when I first stayed. The bathroom of the room I stayed in was spacious and the hot water was ample. Room itself was als quite spacious with ample sockets and a comfortable bed. My only de-merit as it were, was that there were some scratches on the door which detracted from the overall look of the hotel. It was almost as if there was some recent not quite finished repair work. I would definitely still stay at the hotel again. It was good value for money especially in a city like London where hotel prices can be quite expensive.

Was exceptional

Great hotel to use when visiting London. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable and ability to park safely and securely was a bonus. Lovely breakfast as well.

big rooms

Great place to stay close to restaurants and shops. Easy going neighborhood and subway is a block away. Bus stop right by doors. A bit noisy but worth it. Room was bigger than expected and restaurant is decent. I recommend!

From check in,the breakfast and cleaning of the room was awesome.

Breakfast options are very limited for vegetarian and no halal food Also the tv channels all English no Arabic at all

Hotel was clean and staff was lovely. I booked a deluxe room but for some reason the AC wasn't working 100% it turns on but doesn't really cool the room temperature. I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel didn’t have a microwave in the rooms. If they didn’t have it the restaurant or kitchen should be able to simply warm food for the guests.

Was a good location, but there was a wedding on 2/3 nights we were there which interrupted our sleep. We should have been informed prior to arrival.

Check in/out very easy, staff very polite & helpful. Didnt eat at the hotel so cant comment. We had a peaceful quiet 2nights sleep, room was clean and spacious. Only negatives, room could do with a mini fridge & also the room had a few messy paint areas, the lights above the bed and the bathroom door. Would definitely return!

My husband and son stayed and they found it to be good quality, staff were very helpful and overall a reasonable price given the location. Would definitely recommend anyone willing to commute a little into London - this is a good place to rest your head!!
