시설 위치 청결상태 모두 완벽하고 좋았습니다. 경치도 좋고요. 시설이 특히나 가격에 비해 굉장히 훌륭합니다. 와이파이도 빠르고요.

주방 완비. 주변 환경 너무 좋음 밴쿠버에서 캘로나 가는길이 험해 운전이 힘들어서 그렇지 오카나간 호주주변의 절경은 정말 환상적! 차로 5분거리에 IGA와 식당이 있어 좋음. 펜틱턴 해변에서 물놀이 하거나 호텔옆 해변도 물놀이 하기에 좋지만 호텔둘레에 습지가 있어 모기가 많으니 애기들은 조심하길

Very nice property with restaurant next door, Beautiful location with lake access. Great pool and hot tub.Spacious 2 bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms, great for our party of 3

Staff were kind but not helpful. Call multiple times to book a boat through them, kept getting different emails to reach out to and phone numbers. Call about an early check in couldn't give any potential time lines.

Hot Tub was usable, BUT the jets were not working. Parts on order.

The waterfront hotel is connected to the walkway along the beach and a short stroll north will bring you to a great park. The restaurant is also on the waterfront and is adjacent to the hotel.

The room was very clean. The staff were cheerful and helpful. The hot tub was the perfect temperature and the kitchen had everything we could need.

Great spot

It was a great trip. So happy we went there. Room was great and had everything we needed. Pool, hot tub and bird sanctuary was enjoyable. Nice that it is a quiet area. You can walk along the lake front quite aways thru different waterfront parks. Shaughnessy Cove was great to eat at next door as well as the hotel restaurant. Already planning to go back in the fall.

We thought we had booked a room on the waterfront side. Room was on the back of the hotel with a terrible view of ratty property across the street. Staff said when you book with E pedia you get what you get. Overall the room was very nice with a small balcony and a well appointed kitchenette. All of the staff were excellent, the bistro is very expensive for what you get. I enjoyed the public puzzle in the lobby.

Beautiful resort. We had a great experience -Very friendly and helpful staff!

Room smelled bad (cooked bacon) and felt dirty. Basic things like shower soap dispensers were empty (staff told us to call house keeping which is kinda difficult to do once you are in the shower and have no soap. Several items in the room weren't working (most importantly the coffee maker) .... staff told us that this was the third one this week....so rather than be proactive and either check or replace them they waited for a coffee deprived customer to call them....not good.
