위치는 좋은것같은데 너무 오래된건물이라 시설이 너무 별로였어요,,가격에비해 맞지않는 시설인것같아요. 생각보다 조식은 괜챦았어요.나폴리가 전체적으로 그런분위기인것같긴한데 가격적인 메리트가 있어야할것같아요

다른 호텔과 다른 구조로 찾기 힘들었으나 역에서 정말 가까움. 객실은 안크나 천장이 정말 높았음. 아침 기차 였눈데 첫 메트로가 7시라 당황했음.

Fomos muito bem recebidos na nossa chegada. Apesar de ser um hotel antigo está bem cuidado, só an internet que não funciona muito bem pelo menos dentro do quarto. A localização é excelente bem próximo a área comercial e do metro.

Bathroom has black mould in the shower. Plus the room nothing like the photos. Cracked tile the window. Maybe I was expecting something different.

Our reception staff was so very kind and helpful with restaurant recommendations,,, and showing us the map and highlights. Room was comfortable and clean. Bathroom was large and modern

Ett jättecool hotell mitt inne i staden med en aldrig sinande ström av människor utanför. Det var lite svårt att hitta när vi kom på kvällen, en liten obetydlig öppning i en gigantisk portal där du måste ringa på klockan som har en minitext. Men det är ett jättefint hotell mitt i smeten! Alla supetrevliga. Fantastiskt fina lakan och sängar. Allt över förväntan - utom en sak: De serverar frukost i en sal, som skulle kunna varit en balsal i ett palats, men de har lagt plast över borden!!! Snacka om att döda all känsla! Frukosten är helt okej, be om kaffe - ta inte det som är i termosarna. Så vi säger: Ta bort plasten! (ta pappersdukar eller något?)! Vi kommer i alla fall att komma tillbaka för det är ett skönt ställe att vara på!

Primera experiencia inmejorable en Nápoles. Personal muy serviciable. Habitación muy amplia, limpia y comoda, aunque algo ruidosa al dar hacia la calle. Buen desayuno aunque poco variado. Muy céntrica y buena localización para vivir la esencia de la ciudad. Altamente recomendable.

Our room's AC did not work. The hotel is in a convenient location walkable to Trevie fountain but the hotel staff is not very friendly. We did not have a good experience with the staff. Rooms are clean would not stay here again. Fyi they will not let you check in early or a late check out. Hotel is walkable to metro.

The staff was very friendly and the location was close to metro. As it’s located atthe hub of tourist attraction, easy to access other places. Overall, i had good stay.

Great location, though a little tough to find the entrance. We walked by the door a few times not knowing it was there. Staff were so kind, and the room was comfortable. The building is a little older but it felt clean. Breakfast was also a nice touch - in a beautiful room!

La ubicación es excelente, la gente de recepción exquisita, la habitación amplia, muy limpia y bien equipada, buen desayuno y buena disposición de l personal.

The room was spotless and large and the staff are really friendly. The breakfast was great, with delicious sfogliatelle for a Neapolitan touch. The only bad point is the entrance is not what I expected. I did have to wear earplugs because it is on Neaples' busiest street and we were there on a Saturday night, so there was noice outside. But that also means the location is great for sight seeing.

Great Location but pedestrian zone, so you have to park two blocks away. The staff are really friendly. A bit loud from the street if on weekends.

I stayed at this hotel for one night. The common areas are very dated and could really use some renovation. The room itself was fine for a short stay, but the overall look of the hotel feels old. That said, the location is perfect and makes it very easy to explore the city on foot. If location is your priority, this hotel works well for a quick stay.
