저희 가족은 2025년 12월 12일부터 16일까지 트리플룸 스위트룸에 묵었습니다. 프런트 직원은 저희에게 23층 객실을 배정했는데, 객실이 꽤 오래된 느낌이었습니다. (이 방 세면대에서는 바퀴벌레도 발견했는데, 오래된 아파트나 건물에서 흔히 볼 수 있는 현상입니다.) 트래블로카에 올라온 사진과는 전혀 달랐습니다. 그래서 리모델링된 다른 객실로 옮겨줄 수 있는지 문의했지만, 주말이라 월요일에 옮겨주겠다고 했습니다. 그런데 새로 바뀐 객실도 흰 벽만 바뀐 것 외에는 이전 객실과 크게 다르지 않았습니다. 호텔 측에서 작은 객실만 리모델링하고 트리플룸은 제대로 관리하지 않은 것 같았습니다. 따라서 이 호텔에 묵으시려면 작은 객실을 선택하시는 것을 추천합니다. 다른 층은 리모델링이 잘 되어 있는 것을 보니 더욱 그렇게 느껴졌습니다. 이 호텔은 일부 층과 F층에 있는 피트니스 센터, 게임룸, 사우나실을 완전히 리모델링한 것 같았습니다. 전반적으로 이 호텔은 그럭저럭 괜찮았습니다.

센터 포인트 수쿰빗 10에서 정말 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다! 방콕 중심부에 위치해 있어 이동이 매우 편리하고, 터미널 21, BTS 아속, MRT 수쿰빗 역까지 걸어서 쉽게 이동할 수 있습니다. 근처에 레스토랑, 카페, 쇼핑 장소도 많아 할 거리가 끊이지 않습니다. 호텔 자체는 깨끗하고 편안했습니다. 제가 묵었던 객실은 넓고 관리가 잘 되어 있었으며, 편안한 숙박에 필요한 모든 것이 갖춰져 있었습니다. 직원들도 친절하고 머무는 동안 많은 도움을 주었습니다. 방콕 중심부에 위치한 아늑한 숙소를 찾는 분들께 강력 추천합니다!

I had the most enjoyable stay at the hotel. The room is spacious, clean, and the facilities is superb. Great & helpful staff. Highly recommendation for everyone. This is my 2nd experience in a row during my 2nd visit in Bangkok within a month.

While I was staying, the hotel was in renovation so it was a bit uncomfortable and noisy. It would be better if the hotel could send an announcement about the renovation. The hotel is quite far from the main road but sometimes there 's a shuttle to take the guests. Besides those things, everything was good.

Really everything is good and reception staff is very friendly and helpful and housekeeper is perfect and all people who worked in hotel is fantastic and room is very clean and everything is good

bed bugs. uncomfortable old hard mattresses. gym and pool close at 6pm for covid even though the entire city is open, gyms, bars, clubs, open, no mask required, but here, covid comes out at night. I didn't know covid was nocturnal. I blame the management. the staff are very nice and helpful, but the policies they're required to follow are beyond their capabilities. I suggest to ban old people from the pool and facilities. not everyone. I suggest to get new comfortable mattresses.

Nice hotel, very clean, but far from main road.

The hotel is nice. I ask for an early check in and they give it to me. The room is spacious with washing machine and kitchen, including stove and sink. It's perfect for family with kids. Breakfast is nice also. Will be stay here if I get another chance to visit Bangkok again.

Highly recommend that we should spend here when being in Bangkok. Nice hotel with super nice staff.

Centre point hotel sukhumvit 10 was really great. I booked the family room suite with 3 bedroom and I was really satisfied with the room, it was clean, big and complete with all inventory you need like kitchen with all the tableware, washing machine, even the iron. The room had 2 large bathroom, 2 balcony with a nice view, kitchen with dining table and a living room. The hotel locate in a valley at soi 10, a little bit far to walk from big street, but it's not an issued since the hotel provide a shuttle car service to the entrance street (every 15minute till night) or to terminal 21 mall (start at 10am every 1 hour till 4pm). The reception and all staff was very good and friendly. The breakfast was good too, they had a lot of variety of menu and the taste was great for me.

We had asked for top most floor when booking but didn’t get and the view from room was different to what we saw while booking. The interiors were awesome clean and advanced and all facilities were available inside the room. Staff was very supportive. Will definitely visit again.
