Poor management and poor facilities, no bathroom exhaust, no phone connection, poor room electrical set up.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, our room ver extremely clean which is the most important to us overall. The beds and linens were very comfortable. We were very very pleased with this hotel and our stay.

The staff were fantastic—kind, professional, and very accommodating. Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by some significant issues. Due to a recent pipe burst or frozen pipe, there’s ongoing construction, which has created serious health concerns. There’s visible mold present, and sheetrock dust is everywhere. My entire family has been sneezing non-stop and experiencing difficulty breathing during our time here. While we understand unforeseen accidents happen, the lack of proper containment or cleanup for the construction area is unacceptable. I hope these issues are resolved soon for the sake of future visitors and the staff working in these conditions. Note: the front desk was in the side stairwell. The staff must have been freezing whenever someone opened the door.

We were in town visiting family and the stay was enjoyable except for the construction. It would have been nice to know before we booked…

The location is perfect for our family. The hotel staff was very nice and always friendly and ready to help. We will stay there again.

This property is under restoration. Safekeeping box does not work. Construction noises during the day.

Kids loved the Belgian Waffles for breakfast.
