서비스, 시설은 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 하지만 청소를 너무 대충 합니다. 바닥엔 먼지가 많고, 화장실에는 한번만 닦아줘도 없어지는 물때가 끼어있습니다. 커피 컵 또한 세척해주지 않았습니다. 리셉션의 직원들은 매우 친절하였습니다. 청결 문제를 제외하고는 만점을 주고 싶습니다

직원들이 친절함. 박물관/성당 등 관광지와 가까움. 방이 넓진 않고, 창밖이 건물이라 경치가 좋지는 않음. 전체적으로 깨끗한 편. 그런데 매일 방 청소 시엔 정리위주로 해 줌. 와이파이가 잘 끊김. 애머니티는 비누/샴푸

당일 예약하고 방문해 예약이 잘 안 떴는데 프런트데스크 직원이 아주 친절하게 응대해주고 머무는 내내 불편 없이 잘 지낼 수 있었습니다 아침 뷔페 식당도 좋았습니다

Very nice hotel in Wien. Clean and classic and good service. Me and my husband loved hotel's breakfast. There was quiet and calm. I wanna go there later again. I appreciate with finding nice hotel for our perfect honeymoon

Der Empfang war freundlich und stressfrei. Das Personal war ausnahmslos freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich hatte ein schönes, ruhiges und sauberes Zimmer. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und frisch. Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal um Wien zu Fuß, oder mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erkunden. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ich werde bestimmt wieder kommen.

Hotel Josefshof am Rathaus exceeded my expectations.  The cleaning staff visited everyday.  Unlike some hotels, they occasionally varied the breakfast buffet and accommodated my lactose intolerance by providing lactose-free yogurt and lactose-free lattes.  Unlike some hotels, they did have lots of staff.  It’s in a very cozy spot but it did take me a while to find.  When you walk along Auerspergstraße, turn left when you see the SENFT building and right beside it is the hotel.  I might forgo the buffet breakfast next time, as there are many grocery stores near the hotel where you can buy granola, yogurt and OJ for a quick breakfast.  There are 2 theatres in Josefstadt, one next to the hotel where they present English plays and one on Rotenturmstraße 20 where they present shows in German.  You can easily walk to the City Hall to go skating in the winter and I found the walk to the Leopold Museum a pleasant stroll.

We had a very friendly check in with Anna, and the hotel is in a very lovely quiet street, but only a short walk from the underground, and restaurants close by. It was very clean and the bar staff were lovely too. We didn't have the breakfast, as we felt it was very expensive, but we can highly recommend Cafe Eiles round the corner, which was about a 3rd of the price. It was so good, we went back for our evening meal. It was busy, and served lots of traditional Austrian food.

Excellent stay - decently sized rooms kept really well. Location is very convenient - good transport options and all key tourist spots are quite close. Staff is super nice! The hotel bar is also good for both drinks and some snacking options.

Amazing stay for four nights. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the room is spacious and warm. Good location as well.

3泊お世話になりました。 部屋は綺麗で、毎日部屋のクリーニングが入り、タオルの替えもありました。 アメニティはありません。 日本語対応のスタッフには会えませんでしたが、拙い英語でも笑顔で対応していただきました。 観光の中心地から離れていますが、周りは静かな環境でした。
