Great breakfast and friendly staff's response enhance the dignity of the hotel. If I go to Vienna again, I will visit for the third time.

서비스, 시설은 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 하지만 청소를 너무 대충 합니다. 바닥엔 먼지가 많고, 화장실에는 한번만 닦아줘도 없어지는 물때가 끼어있습니다. 커피 컵 또한 세척해주지 않았습니다. 리셉션의 직원들은 매우 친절하였습니다. 청결 문제를 제외하고는 만점을 주고 싶습니다

직원들이 친절함. 박물관/성당 등 관광지와 가까움. 방이 넓진 않고, 창밖이 건물이라 경치가 좋지는 않음. 전체적으로 깨끗한 편. 그런데 매일 방 청소 시엔 정리위주로 해 줌. 와이파이가 잘 끊김. 애머니티는 비누/샴푸

당일 예약하고 방문해 예약이 잘 안 떴는데 프런트데스크 직원이 아주 친절하게 응대해주고 머무는 내내 불편 없이 잘 지낼 수 있었습니다 아침 뷔페 식당도 좋았습니다

Wir waren für ein Wochenende vom 03.07. bis 05.07.2026 in Wien, um den Wiener Opernsommer zu besuchen. Dazu hatten wir ein Hotel in einer zentralen Lage gesucht, und mit dem Hotel Josefshof auch gefunden. Das Hotel liegt in einer kleinen, verkehrsberuhigten Strasse, und ist sehr gut an den ÖPNV angebunden. Die nächste Strassenbahn und die U-Bahn ist nur wenige Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt. Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt. Das Personal an der Rezeption (Florian, aber auch alle anderen Kollegen und Kolleginnen) sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 5. Stock. Alles war sehr sauber, und gepflegt. Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig und ausreichend groß. Es hatte eine Klimaanlage, die aufgrund der warmen Temperaturen auch sehr angenehm war. An der Sauberkeit des Zimmers und des Bades gab es nichts auszusetzen. Aus Bequemlichkeit hatten wir auch gleich das Frühstück mitgebucht. Es gab ein tolles Büffet. Von Müli bis zum Kaiserschmarn war alles vorhanden. Aufgrund des guten Wetters konnten wir im Innenhof des Hotels frühstücken, was ein sehr schöner Start in den Tag war. Beim Auschecken gab es noch ein kleines Geschenk (eine Gewürzmischung zum Grillen). Wir hatten ein schönes Wochenende in Wien und in dem Hotel. Wir können es bedenkenlos empfehlen und würden bei einen erneuten Trip nach Wien wieder buchen.

El hotel está muy limpio y bien cuidado, la habitación contaba con aire acondicionado y un baño amplio. El personal siempre fue muy amable y atento. El desayuno tiene opciones un poco más variadas y la calidad de los alimentos también es buena. También tiene una ubicación ideal ya que tiene cerca estaciones de metro y tranvía y caminando llegas lugares de interés como museos, plazas o el parlamento.

The location is excellent, with a nearby metro station, supermarkets within walking distance, and many restaurants and nightlife options close by. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Vienna.

Bir aile hoteli - tüm çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve yüksek motivasyonlu. Odalar tertemiz, tarz olarak klasik, banyo da yenilenmiş ve modern. Zengin ve kaliteli kahvaltı büfesi. Lokasyonu şahane merkezi konumda olup, tüm Müzelere, operaya ve tiyatrolara yakındır. Tavsiye ederim.

Propreté des lieux, air climatisé et mini frigo lors de grandes chaleurs a été idéal. Personnel attentionné.

Clean large room. Good breakfast. Helpful staff. No AC and initially not enough fans. That was tough. The shower had no shelf and slow outflow, so easy to overflow. The sink had a non functioning stop. Great location.

Amazing helpful staff, 6-star breakfast, great central location. Air conditioning was amazing, especially since we visited during the heatwave! Would be happy to back there again if I visit Vienna again :)
