A really great hotel - spotlessly clean and the breakfast selection is fantastic. The spa area is lovely and relaxing and well worth a visit during your stay. Staff can be a bit standoffish/millitant and some of them lack warmth and customer service. I would point out that the hotel reserves 25% of their sunbeds for guests who wish to pay for them. Sorry MiM Mallorca - you’re not a beach club in Ibiza, you’re a hotel in Mallorca. Allow your guests to have a sun lounger without paying!

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und liegt in praktischer Lage. Ideal für Ausflüge über die Insel. Frühstück gut. Hotelmitarbeiter insbesondere der Rezeptionist David sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

The junior suit had sufficient room for our travels and the included amenities were top notch. If I had to rate any improvement it would only be to add shampoo, otherwise, location, staff, and the beaches Amazing!!

This property is fantastic. Everything about it has been done to perfection. The staff are all so warm, friendly and professional. The food is amazing and the rooftop bar and pool is bliss.

You hotel is max. a 3* hotel, never 4*!!! Unfrindly perdonal, dirty rooms, extrem loud. No water in the room and you habe to pay for the coffee in the room in addition. The breakfast very boring and not good

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Die Auswahl beim Essen war nicht überaus groß, jedoch qualitativ super lecker und abwechslungsreich. Das Hotel ist modern und nicht zu groß. Der Service an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und sympathisch!

Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt gut gefallen – man bekommt, was man bucht. Das Hotel ist wie auf den Bildern wirklich schön, besonders die Einrichtung ist stilvoll und gemütlich. Einige Möbel, wie die Liegen am Pool, wirken schon etwas gebraucht, doch das Gesamtbild bleibt positiv und gepflegt. Die Lage ist ebenfalls ein Pluspunkt: In etwa fünf Minuten erreicht man einen schönen Sandstrand. Zwar ist dieser recht voll, aber trotzdem sehr angenehm. Beim Essen gibt es jedoch Verbesserungspotenzial. Frühstück und Abendessen waren geschmacklich okay, aber eher durchschnittlich. Für Personen mit speziellen Ernährungsbedürfnissen ist die Auswahl eher ungeeignet. Wer Wert auf gutes Essen legt, sollte besser auf die vielen guten Restaurants in der Umgebung ausweichen. Ein weiterer Kritikpunkt war die Verständigung im Restaurantbereich: Das Personal sprach überwiegend nur Spanisch, was zu Kommunikationsproblemen führen konnte. An der Rezeption war die Verständigung hingegen problemlos – dort wurde teilweise sogar Deutsch gesprochen, auf Englisch konnte man sich immer gut verständigen. Die Mitarbeitenden waren freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets bemüht. Fazit: Ein schönes Hotel mit angenehmem Ambiente und guter Lage. Wer beim Essen flexibel ist und gerne auswärts speist, wird sich hier wohlfühlen.

"La struttura in sé è carina. La camera non è troppo grande, in compenso il bagno è spazioso. La pulizia delle camere lascia a desiderare (c'era un tappo di un deodorante nell'angolo del bagno ed è rimasto lì per tutta la settimana). Piccoli dettagli che non fanno la perfezione. Ritornando alla camera, l'insonorizzazione è da 5 stelle. Il personale è gentile. La zona sulla terrazza è da brivido, tenuta male: c'era un tavolo con un escremento di uccello e i materassini tutti macchiati e ingialliti (basta poco con uno sgrassatore. La colazione è ottima, c'è di tutto. In generale, l'hotel è una struttura ottima, ma certi dettagli vanno curati continuamente, altrimenti si rischia di degenerare."Ti
