위치도 좋고 수영장.스파 잘 이용했습니다. 아래층에 식당이 있어서 제가묵은 방에서 소음이 들리지만 침실은 떨어져있어서 잠자는데 방해는 없었어요. 주차시설이 너무 좋았어요

Wi-Fi가 느리네요.

Very central and easy access to beach. My room was the furthest away so no water views and felt like I was in a unit not a hotel.

Check in was over 2 1/2 hours late with no communication.Rooms state they have a laundry but there is 2 shared laundries for the whole complex which is over 150 rooms .

The room was huge with amazing views. Very clean & staff were very helpful. Highly recommend & we will be back.

Excellent place to stay, only down side was our room was next to the club / restaurant that is part of the hotel! It stays open to 2am so it can get pretty noisy with music and people. Next time I think will ask for a quieter side of the resort! Apart from that was excellent! Food and service amazing!

Primarily the courtesy help of the resort coierge assistant with my parking arrangement & guest room escort service in accompanying with my personal belongings upon my arrival As well as the convenient accessibility to nearby shops cafes & restaurants etc

We had a great time as usual as we return a couple of times p.a. to recharge.

I lovred the fact it was clean, spacious and beach towels were provided. We did not need to ask reception. Loved the generous selection of teas. Found bed very comfortable. We hope to stay here longer next time.

This prosperity is wonderful. The staff were amazing. We will definitely be back.

Ramada at Shoal Bay was close to the water, hotel, restaurants with an expansive view. Staff were most accommodating with check in difficulties.

The property is in a great location with lots of dining opportunities around.

Had to walk up 3 flights of stairs through the car park and out the back to access my unit. I didn’t feel safe even in my room. No privacy as other properties were looking into my court yard. The manager offered to help with my bags but I declined as I thought there was only one set of steps

every thing great, except shower over bath tub.
