Breakfast had a lot of both hot and cold options. Great parking. The location seemed secure and safe

Clean room. Quiet. Freindly staff. Nice place to stay.

Perhaps when you see a group of guests come in that are younger make it a point that there are others staying in the hotel. Half the night the group across the hallway were yelling and slamming doors.

We picked this location as it was super close to the hospital as a family member had major surgery and was writhing walking distance . This hotel offers a discounted rate for hospital stays which was greatly appreciated. The staff were super nice and very accommodating ! The rooms were clean and the hotel was very quiet . Also the fact that there was breakfast included was one less thing to worry about . Would highly recommend!

Very cozy friendly family-type atmosphere. Helpful front desk staff, comfortable rooms (although one of our queen beds was a little "tired"), delicious breakfast included in price (lots of variety of hot and cold options)...and, very close to the hospital for our needs, with ample parking. Will definitely be back.

Nice quiet hotel with everything you need for your stay. Nothing fancy but clean and located well. Did not eat there so cannot comment on that. Will stay again.

Room was clean and ready when we arrived. Front desk had us checked in in 10 minutes after we came in the door. Breakfast was fresh and ready at the time they said it would be ready.

Very outdated. Bed was very hard and not a good selection of pillows. Not the hotels fault but there was an argument and fist fight in the hallway at 2:30 am. It went on for just under an hour. I hoped someone would stop it but that didn’t happen. We had a hard time getting back to sleep after that. Breakfast was ok. Although the eggs were inedible. Other stuff was good.

Hot and cold items for breakfast and a variety of coffee selections. Plenty of parking. Staff were very helpful and professional.

Just a clean, well staffed and great breakfast bar in the morning. 3 minute walk to Victoria Hospital in London Ontario. Would recommend it for a reasonably priced place to stay.

It was clean and the bed was comfortable. My only complaint was I couldn’t get the room cool enough. The HVAC needs to be updated with thermostats in the room rather than the system under the window. The system was too hot and too loud

Friendly staff, clean room, nice breakfast. There was a free coffee dispenser on the main floor with fresh milk/cream. It was very nice!

Breakfast was sub par. Ive stayed at this hotel a few times and breakfast was always fresh and tasty. This time, i went diwn at 7:45an and the cooked items (scrambelled eggs and cubed potatoes & ham) were stale and did not taste good. There was a much reduced selection of muffins and sweet items.
