베네치아 호텔들은 작다고 말은 들었지만 정말 작았습니다. 하지만 작은데 내부는 아주 엔틱하게 잘 꾸며져 있었구요 깨끗했습니다. 수상버스로 들어 오는데는 골목이라 찾기는 조금 힘들지만 베네치아가 원래 골목골목이라 다른 호텔도 마찬 가지 일것 같네요. 호텔 위치는 광장 및 명품거리와도 가깝고 중심부에 근접하여 있기 때문에 걸어서 이동이 용이합니다. 조식은 식당이 매우작아요. 하지만 음식은 괜찮습니다. 직원들도 친절합니다.

객실은 깨끗하고 편안했습니다.베네치아 중심부임에도 예상보다 공간이 넓어서 편하게 사용했습니다.트리풀룸으로 예약하였더니 방 2개 (더블침대 1개, 싱금침대 1개), 화장실 2개의 크기였으며 엑스트라 베드까지 구비되어 있었습니다.서비스는 큰 문제는 없었지만 제가 체크아웃 할 때 장시간 호텔 데스크 담당 직원이 자리를 비웠으며 다른 직원들도 그의 행방을 알지 못하고 담당자만이 체크아웃 수속을 할 수 있다고 하여 기차 시간에 맞추지 못하게 될까 많이 불안했습니다. 인터넷 연결이 원활하지 않는 점이 조금 아쉬웠으며 위치는 관광 중심부와 가까워서 편리했으나 수상버스를 이용할 경우 조그만 다리를 두 번 건너야 하기 때문에 짐이 많은 경우에는 이동이 힘듭니다.

도착하자마자 직원이 친절하게 맞아주었고 지도와 교통,맛집등에 대해 상세히 설명해주었습니다. 짐도 직접방까지 들어주었고 여러모로 서비스가 좋았습니다. 객실도 리모델링해서 청결하고 슬리퍼도 있는등 3성급이지만 웬만한 4성급보다 괜찮았어요. 객실이 전체적으로 깔끔하고 청결해서 굉장히 좋았습니다. 조식은 종류수는많지않지만 운하를보며 먹을수있어서 분위기가 좋았습니다.

침대 편안하고 직원 모두 매우 친절합니다~ 다음에 또 이용하고싶어요 공사중인층을 이용해서 약간 불편했던 것빼고 완벽했어요~! 조용하고 고급스러워요

가족 4명이 함께한 휴가였습니다. 프론터 직원의 응대는 훌륭했습니다. 호텔과 객실이 별 3개 치고는 고풍스럽고 깔끔했습니다. 처음에 찾아가기가 조금 힘들지만 라 페니체 오페라 하우스에서 위치를 물으면 바로 알려줍니다. 다리 직전 왼편에 있다고 합니다. 밤 늦은 시간에도 전혀 위험하지 않습니다. 라 페니체 옆 식당이 불 밝히고 영업하고 있으니까요! 산 마르코 광장, 리알토 다리 골목으로 찾아가는 재미가 쏠쏠합니다. 호텔에서 마르코폴로 공항까지 수상택시를 이용하는 것도 좋은 추억이 될 겁니다. 프론터에 예약을 부탁하면 됩니다.

From warm welcome to last goodbye, the staff and the venue were exceptional

Petit hôtel très bien situé, joliment aménagé, petit déjeuner copieux et varié, personnel très agréable : tout pour faire de cet hôtel un véritable lieu de repos lors d’un sejour à Venise

Marco, Francesca and all the staff there were attentive and friendly. The location is perfect, near all the major sites and across from unique shops. Beautiful to see all the gondolas pass by the hotel.

The room is distinctly Venetian and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable space. Breakfast is prepared fresh each morning, which I really appreciate. The staff is exceptionally friendly; Arsam was instrumental in assisting me with my check-in and luggage. Marco offered excellent restaurant recommendations. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at the Bacher Hotel.

Staff makes very obvious assumptions off of appearance. Breakfast women only asked me (young woman my room number) no other individuals were asked. I was the first one in the room so I had the delight to witness with my own eyes so it’s not “standard practice”. Marco specifically took it upon himself to ask if I was traveling alone. Rooms smell like mold. Don’t do it

The room was very clean. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive to all request and questions. Front desk service was exceptional, breakfast staff was very attentive and welcoming, room was kept clean and done daily. The only suggestion I would have is to get better beds. The bed was too hard for me and with all the walking around I would have prefer a more comfortable bed. The hotel staff is amazing!!!

Over the top helpful staff. Just a magical experience. We would sit out on the little dock at night. So peaceful. So beautiful!!

Staff was excellent, always very pleasant and helpful. I was lost when I arrived Venice, I called Hotel Becher and Elena sent Francis to me, he walked me to the hotel and carried my luggage. Breakfast - very good European style. Temp in my room was perfect and adjustable but I was able to open my windows too for beautiful breezes.

We appreciated the warm welcome we received complete with 2 glasses of Prosecco. In fact the staff was always welcoming throughout our 3 day stay in Venice. The rooms were nicely decorated and very comfortable. The breakfasts were excellent offering a wide range of everything you would expect and more. They even brewed made to order cappuccinos. The location along one of the smaller canals was perfect in terms of proximity to major squares, restaurants and churches. One of our lasting memories includes watching and hearing the singing gondoliers as they floated right outside our window.

The hotel is ideally located on the canal and within easy reach of everything. It could do with a little maintenance on it as the rooms are a little tired. This is not the fault of the lovely staff. Everywhere is spotless. The 3 people at reception Elena, Marco and Arsam are so nice. Marco is very friendly and does all he can to help you. Elena will also do anything to help you. I had a little trouble with a trip I had organised, not through the hotel unfortunately. I was very upset and they did their best to help me. Elena is very emphatic, very organised and professional . I was alone in a foreign country for the first time and I felt very safe both in Venice and this hotel. I will have very fond memories 😊

Charmant hôtel 3 étoiles, idéalement situé (6 minutes de la place St Marc, 1 minute opéra la Fenice). Position centrale dans un environnement calme mais tout près restaurants et quartier touristique. Personnel charmant, accueillant et serviable. Chambre de charme, spacieuse et propre. Wifi disponible.

Wonderful staff, delicious breakfast in a cozy breakfast room, great location. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it if you’re looking for an authentic Venetian hotel.
