베네치아 호텔들은 작다고 말은 들었지만 정말 작았습니다. 하지만 작은데 내부는 아주 엔틱하게 잘 꾸며져 있었구요 깨끗했습니다. 수상버스로 들어 오는데는 골목이라 찾기는 조금 힘들지만 베네치아가 원래 골목골목이라 다른 호텔도 마찬 가지 일것 같네요. 호텔 위치는 광장 및 명품거리와도 가깝고 중심부에 근접하여 있기 때문에 걸어서 이동이 용이합니다. 조식은 식당이 매우작아요. 하지만 음식은 괜찮습니다. 직원들도 친절합니다.

객실은 깨끗하고 편안했습니다.베네치아 중심부임에도 예상보다 공간이 넓어서 편하게 사용했습니다.트리풀룸으로 예약하였더니 방 2개 (더블침대 1개, 싱금침대 1개), 화장실 2개의 크기였으며 엑스트라 베드까지 구비되어 있었습니다.서비스는 큰 문제는 없었지만 제가 체크아웃 할 때 장시간 호텔 데스크 담당 직원이 자리를 비웠으며 다른 직원들도 그의 행방을 알지 못하고 담당자만이 체크아웃 수속을 할 수 있다고 하여 기차 시간에 맞추지 못하게 될까 많이 불안했습니다. 인터넷 연결이 원활하지 않는 점이 조금 아쉬웠으며 위치는 관광 중심부와 가까워서 편리했으나 수상버스를 이용할 경우 조그만 다리를 두 번 건너야 하기 때문에 짐이 많은 경우에는 이동이 힘듭니다.

도착하자마자 직원이 친절하게 맞아주었고 지도와 교통,맛집등에 대해 상세히 설명해주었습니다. 짐도 직접방까지 들어주었고 여러모로 서비스가 좋았습니다. 객실도 리모델링해서 청결하고 슬리퍼도 있는등 3성급이지만 웬만한 4성급보다 괜찮았어요. 객실이 전체적으로 깔끔하고 청결해서 굉장히 좋았습니다. 조식은 종류수는많지않지만 운하를보며 먹을수있어서 분위기가 좋았습니다.

침대 편안하고 직원 모두 매우 친절합니다~ 다음에 또 이용하고싶어요 공사중인층을 이용해서 약간 불편했던 것빼고 완벽했어요~! 조용하고 고급스러워요

가족 4명이 함께한 휴가였습니다. 프론터 직원의 응대는 훌륭했습니다. 호텔과 객실이 별 3개 치고는 고풍스럽고 깔끔했습니다. 처음에 찾아가기가 조금 힘들지만 라 페니체 오페라 하우스에서 위치를 물으면 바로 알려줍니다. 다리 직전 왼편에 있다고 합니다. 밤 늦은 시간에도 전혀 위험하지 않습니다. 라 페니체 옆 식당이 불 밝히고 영업하고 있으니까요! 산 마르코 광장, 리알토 다리 골목으로 찾아가는 재미가 쏠쏠합니다. 호텔에서 마르코폴로 공항까지 수상택시를 이용하는 것도 좋은 추억이 될 겁니다. 프론터에 예약을 부탁하면 됩니다.

Fabulous hotel. Staff very helpful. Excellent breakfast to start your day. Centrally located , easy to access tourist sights. Quite area. Rooms clean & roomy. Highly recommend for Venice adventures.

Personnel charmant et serviable.

We were fortunate to get upgraded to a lovely suite with a balcony view over a canal. The staff were all wonderful and couldn't have been more helpful in terms of recommending restaurants, giving advice etc The breakfast included cereals, eggs, cheese and cold cuts - couldn't ask for more. The hotel is ideally situated central to the major tourist attractions of Venice. Overall a lovely small hotel.

Everything was absolutely amazing!! The hotel and staff surpassed all our expectations. On multiple occasions during our stay, they went above and beyond to fill extra requests (water taxi, in-room wine, recommendations, kindness to our 7 yr old son, etc.). Arsam, Elena, and Joanne are the most helpful and kind staff I’ve ever met. Thank you!!

We had a lovely 6-night stay at Hotel Becher in mid-April! We had one of their basic rooms, which was small, but is typical of Venice. But the authenticity of the decor, the wonderful complimentary breakfast, the ideal location far outweighed the size of the room/bathroom. What we did spend extra on was the private boat they arranged to and from the hotel. It brought you right up to the hotel’s dock and prevented us having to carry luggage through the alleyways and over bridges- although our younger selves would not have minded! There is an elevator but there are only 2 flights of stairs so steps are minimal. The best part was the staff members Elena and Joanna who primarily helped us at Hotel Becher. They made us feel so welcome and Elena educated us on many things, giving us advice, and booking us a memorable Vivaldi concert. Hotel Becher was a wonderful base for our Venice adventures and our day trips to Verona, Lake Garda and Burano/Murano. I hope that we will be lucky enough to visit again one day!

Superb hotel, excellent location, brilliant staff who were both friendly and efficient. Highly recommended.

Joanne was always very helpful at the hotel desk and very responsive to our questions. Gigi and Normi(sp?) made wonderful cappuccinos at breakfast and kept us well fed. Francis kept our room very clean. The location of the hotel to the sites and shopping along with the staff made our stay in Venice a great time with family!

Our stay at Hotel Becher was very disappointing. At check-in we were told we had been “upgraded” to a junior suite but if what we got was an upgrade, I’d hate to see what we had originally booked. The room was run down and grotty, stains on the carpet, ripped curtains, bathroom door falling apart at the bottom, and the air conditioning was constantly blowing hot air. We were given a fan which helped a little but wasn’t great. The shower head was mounted on the side wall and while the height could be adjusted, it couldn’t tilt so it pointed directly at the shower door, which had a gap under the seal so the water poured directly onto the floor. The bed was like sleeping on a plank, there was no give and it was very uncomfortable. The only saving grace was the staff who were lovely and the private dock where we sat and enjoyed a large glass of Prosecco overlooking the canal. The location was great but the hotel is in serious need of some upgrades (and mattress toppers) to be worth the money.

Hotellet hade ett perfekt läge med mycket trevlig personal som gav god service! God frukost och vackra rum! Vi är så nöjda.

Very quaint hotel, very nice rooms, great location, very pleasant staff and good breakfast. Would highly recommend!

Room Was fine, but very very outdated. The whole place just needs a refresher, including peeling mattresses. Staff was cordial and breakfast was fine.

Emplacement de choix : près du centre historique, mais dans une calle typique et calme. On s’y sent rapidement comme à la maison. Accueil amical d’Éléna. Séjour inoubliable dans la sérésinissme .
