최고입니다

코르도바의 다른 호텔도 그런지 모르겠지만, 위치가 구석에 있어서, 골목길로 차를 꽤 몰고가야 찾을 수 있습니다. 네비게이션으로 어떻게든 찾을 수 있긴 하지만요. ㅎ 호텔의 서비스는 최상급이고, 모두 친절합니다. 관리 상태도 최상급입니다. 위치면에서 접근성만 개선된다면 최고급 호텔인데, 그점이 아쉽네요. 가격대비 추천할만 합니다.

Beautiful property and very friendly and helpful staff.

Wonderful and luxurious property. Staff was great, young man who toured us around property was so welcoming and hospitable. Hotel is beautiful, updated and pristine with a nod to its history. Gorgeous, well located, fabulous service. Really enjoyed our stay, walking distance to all sights, highly recommend

We had an odd and disappointing experience here, which ended on a very bad note. On the positive side, the hotel location is quiet and walkable to local attractions. The common areas of the hotel are elegant and well-appointed with comfortable sitting areas and a beautiful courtyard garden. But there is a notable disparity between the elegance of common areas and the lackluster quality of the rooms. We had a "deluxe" room but both the room and the king bed were small. The bathroom had a faint but distinctive septic odor. The walls of the rooms were thin and on our last night we could clearly hear the television of the room next door at midnight, which was disturbing in a so-called 5-star hotel. Hotel Hospes Palacio de Bailio is not a 5 star hotel. We had previously stayed in a 5-star hotel in Seville that was truly a perfect experience and the contrast was stark. On our last day, as I was opening the sliding closet doors to get my suitcase, suddenly a decorative board (approx. 4 feet by 1 foot) fell off the wall above the closet and hit me in the head. My hand was scratched in several places by nails sticking out of the board. It was extremely frightening. Luckily I did not have a concussion, but honestly I could have been severely injured given that the board was substantial. Just thinking about it now, I feel shaky and unsettled. This was a beautiful hotel. The only negative is that there was no air conditioning in November so we had to keep our door open and the street noise was very loud. The hotel is pristine and the staff was incredible. I really don’t have anything negative to say except for the street noise.

Stunning hotel in historic building. Cordoba is a beautiful city!

Hôtellerie ligger perfekt för alla sevärdheter. Lite krångligt kommer dit med bilen, men den tas omhand av personalen. Incheckning bra. Hotellrummet ok, men fönstret vette till liten betongfyrkant, något instängd. Bra säng. Dålig internet. Frukost superbe topp service. Ingen lounge med ambiance, liten bar vid sidan om lite tråkigt. Åt på hotellets restaurang. Mat ok, service sådär. Förväntade oss mera av restaurangen.

A real gem just away of the hub bub of the old town. Beautiful hotel and room with a top team of people who work really hard to keep you really happy. If you are going to Cordoba, stay here you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic property and staff

From my check in, where the wonderful Jessica managed to get a handicap room for me (even though my reservation had not alerted hotel to this need) to multiple volunteers from the staff who escorted me to various nearby destinations —in this most ancient part of Cordoba—I was met with courtesy,professionalism, and competence. And the hotel itself is one of Spain ‘s hidden jewels, likewise the restaurants: many, many choices and the best food (including breakfast) Ihad inn Spain! Regarding the design, my room was perfect, but I’d make two suggestions : the reception desk doesn’t really work as designed (if more than 2 guests need help, or arrive for check in) and the horrible, much too low, black velvet sofas in the waiting area are the the 1930s: out!

Un hotel muy bien ubicado y cómodo. Precioso y lo que mas nos sorprendió fue la atencion que tuvimos!!

First time staying at this hotel and loved everything about it. The rooms are modern and beautifully decorated. The staff deserve special mention as they are excellent- from the moment you enter this hotel and are greeted by reception personnel you know your stay is going to be special. We entered our suite to find a bottle of Cava, water and some fruits and each day of our stay we found that the staff had put chocolates and water in our room. This hotel is truly 5 star from the rooms to the staff. It is one hotel that does not disappoint.

Great place with a historic influence

Beautiful hotel, from the moment of arrival, to the moment of departure. The staff looked after us and we felt like VIP guests. Highly recommend the hotel.
