Cleaner and comfier than expected. Very good value for money

It was a good hotel where I could spend a wonderful Christmas with my boyfriend. We had 6 swimming pools so we could swim quietly and the location was close to the city so it was good to have a restaurant and a beach view. First of all, hotel room was very clean, and there was kitchen, and we ate and cooked wonderful evening.

The property was very clean and quiet very friendly and helpful staff great bbq and swimming pools no bar or restaurant very family oriented

We had a nice stay at Silkari Lagoons! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The hotel is in a great location—just a short drive or leisurely walk from the centre of Port Douglas, making it easy to explore the local cafes, shops, and the beach. Highly recommend for a comfortable and convenient stay.

We absolutely loved our week at Silkari. The staff was amazing and it was easy to get out and explore. 3 bedroom spa apartment was perfect for a family vacation.

Nice affordable holiday units.

Amazing service lots of help with the fact we got in at 1am, lamps on etc for us. A map highlighted next day to show us places to go and things to do.

Front desk was very helpful in informing guests on activites. Very friendly!

Jen at reception was great. The room was spacious enough for 2 adults and 10 year old. Bed was comfy and the kitchen was well equipped. Had washer and dryer as well as clothes horse. We'll stay here again in the future. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Peaceful relaxing and clean

Loved the pools - some heated and some now - also long enough to actually do laps in! The rooms were generously sized with good air con and fans. Beds pretty comfy (not the pillows) and having outdoor or indoor eating spaces were great - loved the BBQ area, so nice and clean. Parking very easy and accessible, staff at front desk very helpful. Only thing I didn't like was because the balconies all faced inwards, there was a lot of echoing off the walls and you could hear everyone else talking and eating on their balconies. Nice and quite at night though once in bed.

My family and I had a great stay at Silkari Lagoons. We stayed in a 2 bedroom swim out apartment which had everything we need. Direct pool access was particularly good with kids!

We are really happy with everything overall and looking forward to stay there again in October

Swimming pool was great from the back door Place said 4 star ,more like 3 stars. Rooms need refurbishment ,looks very tired and looks dirty. Beds arent the best.

Bedroom and bathroom smells of mildew.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom room with dual key access, it was clean and spacious. We had a great stay and the kids enjoyed the pool access from our room. The pool was slightly dirty and we did not notice anyone cleaning the pool during our stay. One of the stove cooktop was not working which was replaced on the last day of our stay.

Wonderful place to stay. Friendly staff and great location. Will definitely stay there again.
