Overall, it was good choice with respect to easiness of access to city center and central station as well. Hotel staffs were very kind and their service was reasonably good. Especially, considering hotel grade and fee, breakfast was great and they served a variety of berries in which nobody can imagine it even from the top grade of hotel. In summary, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to whom will visit Kielce, Poland.

Wide choice of breakfast items. Helpful, pleasant staff. Road noise due to some rooms facing a busy roundabout, but overall experience positive.

Great service

The hotel was clean and nice. Daily breakfast offered varieties flavors.

Very basic room, dirty carpets. Noise from the street. Low quality pillows just 1 per person. Overpiced for the low and basic standard of the rooms and lack of any facilities other than restaurant. Staff not interested in serving customers. Reception staff always in the back room, coming to the front desk after a while with customers waiting. Same in the restaurant. You have to wait for the staff to appear from the kitchen.

Modern, tidy and central

Value for money- breakfast is good - but to pay for the parking lot - in Poland I get the impression that I get charged for everything - waiting that I have to pay for toiletpaper separately

Fantastisk restaurant. Komfortabelt rom (junior suite). God beliggenhet. Profesjonell og vennlig personale. Alt i alt høy standard og mye valuta for pengene.

This hotel needs a renovation, old rooms, often dirty, not comfy, breakfasts are not good either.
