Nice hotel at an excellent location . Nice spacious apartments

My husband and I could not fault this resort.Staff were both friendly and helpful. The rooms beautifully decorated and very clean We have a great three days and will be back.

Restaurant management was poor - understaffed . The staff themselves were wonderful , but very understaffed

Unique location and buildings

The Mantarays was an awesome accommodation on our roundtrip in Western Australia. It is modern furnished, very clean, spacious. The complete environment is in good shape and the staff ist very friendly. On both evenings we had dinner in the restaurant which was excellent. In total a highly recommendable stay

Great resort, rooms, pool and area. You do need a car to get around even though Mantarays has a shuttle into Exmouth you need it to get to the snorkelling spots. Only negative was the food, portions, quality and the price of it. We ate out after the first dinner and breakfast. Other restaurants and cafes were much more reasonable and better portions.

The Front desk staff were fantastic. They were all very outgoing and super friendly. The 2 bedroom beachfront bungalows were fine but we preferred the layout of the 2 bedroom oceanview apartments. However, these are directly over the pool and the view is more pool view than true oceanfront. This hotel is nice but not a five star property. 4 star would be more appropriate. The restaurant and staff were subpar. Wait staff just seemed annoyed they actually had to work. The attitude and professionalism is not something you would expect at a 2 star resort let alone a 4 star resort. An example would be our breakfast experience. During breakfast we asked to replace the grilled tomatoes with another side of lesser value due to allergies but we were told no changes could be made. This is not something you would encounter at any “luxury” resort or a higher end restaurant. Also, non of us could eat the eggs as they were not fully cooked, some of the toast was so burnt it was not fit for human consumption. The staff never asked how the meal was or why none of us ate the eggs, etc. We also had lunch on site. The burgers and lunch items were very good. Dinner on the other hand was inedible. 7 meals and 6 of us could not eat the food. The kids chicken fingers and fries were a hit. I would research other properties before booking here again.

Stunning resort and pool

A Manta Rays stay is a resort break. Relaxation with convenience and comfort. No need to travel out if you don't want to. Great rooms and facilities and the pool is exceptional.

Beautiful Location, Fantastic Rooms, very polite staff

What a beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting. It was an absolute pleasure to walk into our fully equipped apartment. I can't rate this hotel highly enough.

We stayed 5 nights in the standard room and were pleasantly surprised at how large it was. Very comfortable, fridge, plates, glasses and cutlery provided. It was very quiet and we could hear no noise from other guests. The pool was nice and big and very clean. All the staff were lovely and very friendly and helpful.

This is resort is a lovely place to stay. A bit out of town but it had everything you need. Our 2 bedroom apartment was huge. The kitchen was great. We aslo went to the restaurant where the food was great and the prices reasonable.

Excellent dining; lovely pool. Will come back here.

We had a beautiful two night stay at Mantarays and will definitely be recommending to our friends and family
