Novotel인데 많은것이 미흡했습니다. 휴대폰 충전기 아덥터가 맞지않아서 프론트에 문의하니 구비되어있지않았구 청소상태는 보통이였구요 욕실샤워부스에서 죽은바퀴벌레 ... 위치는 최상, 프론트직원들은 친절함. 룸서비스도 만족했습니다

호텔은 깨끗하고 친절했으며 근처 관굉지인 Lavoca에서 식사는 넘비싸다

First experience of South america for our couple, we decided not to venture to much localized stuff when we first arrived. As its a global hotel chain, you can imagine what just a hotel should be. Located very near from the Obelisk so you can easily stroll around the market area and city center. staffs were very nice, equipped with global manner. hotel is very clean and served fabulous breakfast. Only one downside was it's lacking BA's local atmosphere.

The rooms were clean . The linens were clean . The breakfast was basic . Family friendly. Pool was clean .

O quarto estava em boas condições, mas o ar condicionado não estava funcionando. O problema foi resolvido. Quarto pequeno e o sistema de iluminação poderia ser melhor.

El sistema de cable era pura tv abierta. Vaiajamos bastante y jamas habia visto un sistema de cable tan pobre.

El personal y servicios

Nos encantó el check in, por la excelente atención e interés de Pablo, quien hizo las gestiones y viendo que somos socios del Club Accor nos permitó ingresar a las 11 am y salir a las 14!. Se nota que el personal está atento a las necesidades de los huéspedes!!

Location is great! Clean room but rather small. Service is a mixed bag.
