Great hotel just by the Arno river, and close to major key locations of Firenze. High accessibility was great as it only took us few minutes to go around the city by walk. (Less than 3 minutes walk to the Uffizi Gallery). Overall, we were very satisfied with the location of the hotel. The hote's small roof top on the top floor with a great view of the neighborhood is a bonus. The rooftop is available for those staying at the hotel, and is open during breakfast hours as well. Staffs were nice and helpful. They welcomed us with a great smile even when we arrived after 11.30pm (their official hours are 11pm) and helped us check in and get comfortable. Room was clean and comfy. Our shower booth seemed a bit small, but we had no trouble using it. All in all, we had a satisfying experience and would like to recommend to those looking for a great, affordable hotel at the heart of the city with a great view.

너무 친절하고 오래된 느낌의 분위기 좋은 호텔. 위치도 전망도 좋아요.

베키오 다리가 바로 보이는 곳이고, 주변 관광지와는 정말 가까운 곳. 객실은 깔끔한 편. 냉장고가 없고, 조식은 간단히 차려짐.

It was best hotel ever... the scenery from the hotel was nice, also the location was the best. nearby bekio bridge. If I can go to firenze, I will go to this hotel again

정말 아름다운 호텔입니다. 일반 귀족집안처럼 꾸며놓았아요. 저녁에 석양풍경을 볼수잇는 옥상 테라스도 있어요.. 아침식사도 그정도면 훌륭하지요.. 커피가참 맛나네요.

피렌체는 도심 자체가 매우 작아서 어디에 묵어도 상관은 없지만 객실에서 베키오 다리를 볼 수 있는 행운을 얻을 수 있다. 우피치 미술관 바로 옆이어서 쉽게 다닐 수 있다. 다만 호텔에 들어가려면 몇 계단 올라가야 해서 체크인/아웃 시 힘을 좀 써야 하고 묵직한 열쇠를 들고 다녀야 하는 단점이 있다. 냉장고가 없으며 방이 다른 이탈리아 호텔과 비슷하게 작다고 생각하면 된다. 이와 대조적으로 목욕탕은 매우 넓고 좋다.

처음부터 낯설지 않게 느껴졌고 아주 아늑한 분위기( 스텝직원과 청소하시는분들로인해)와 조식(햄,빵,과일,요구르트,"커피"외출시 들고갈수있게 배려) 뭐 하나 빠지는게 없는 호텔입니다 이탈리아란곳에 방문한 두번째 도시였는데 가족같은 낮설지않음이 최고인 곳. 데스크 여직원께선 같이 사진도 찍어주시고 다들 무엇이든지 도와주려고 애쓰시는 모습에 감동합니다

크게 기대하지 않고 갔는데 정말 좋았어요! 피렌체 두오모까지 걸어서 5분 베키오 다리 바로 앞. 정말 위치도 최고에다 방도 쾌적하고 시원하고 조용하고, 무엇도바 5층 조식 먹는 레스토랑이 너무 예쁘고 친절했습니다. 다음에 피렌체 갈때도 꼭 머물고 싶은 곳입니다!

Parfait

The Hermitage is an excellent property for location, customer service orientation of the staff, and a rooftop with superb views. The major drawback is the one small elevator for five floors of patrons.

Loved it!!

The noise was unbearable as the kitchen is above (we were on the 4th floor - #414) and there was cleaning, banging, pots and pans clanging, dropping things, and chairs scraping over our heads until well after midnight. This was a regular night! The walls / floors / ceiling were so thin that it sounded like the kitchen crew and neighbors coughing were in my room. It sounded like construction going on. This was the loudest hotel I have ever been in, and I’ve stayed in hostels, cheap hotels, fancy hotels. There was also an event going on next door at the church, with bottles and equipment being loaded on to trucks until 2am right outside my window. Windows are old and need to be double paned like most hotels of this price. Some mold in the shower although not severe. The staff were lovely and helped to refund the next two nights we reserved as we had to switch to a quieter hotel, which was expensive as there wasn’t much available on short notice. The owner did not refund the night where I got about 3-4 hours sleep. On the good side, the hotel has a wonderful view from the common lounge and dining room, the decor is beautiful, and we enjoyed having a drink in the lounge and watching the sunset over the river. Breakfast was very good. Steps from the Uffizi Gallery and Ponte Vecchio. If you stay here, only stay on floors 2 or 3, not 4. Request a room that does not face the church courtyard, which also had drunk men yelling until midnight. I personally will not stay again.
