First room I was given, the room wouldn’t lock and had no extra upper swing lock. Second room was overall clean, but very worn. Bathroom must have had several flooding issues as the baseboards were flaking and peeling away. There was no hair dryer, and finally the bed was a bit lumpy, but not unbearable. Breakfast was the usual continental style, just warm (not hot) and okay to eat.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Shopping was very close

Great desk staff. Great breakfast staff. Clean and tidy.

Check in was simple with a welcome bag. The interior was clean. It was relatively quite. My room was well layed out and equiped with a fridge and microwave. Breakfast had a variety of food and beverage.

The toilet leaking. Sofa bed was terrible .We couldn’t even sit on it! Very dark with all the lights on . Elevator was extremely slow. .

The king suite was very nice. Appreciate the hotel for allowing me to add a pet to my stay last min. Breakfast was nice- mini cheese omelettes, turkey and pork sausages. Biscuit n gravy, fresh cinnamon rolls, yogurts. Self made pancakes, cereal, juices (breakfast is a selling point when booking so I want to share the menu with others). Only con: The area around the hotel had an abundance of trash n cigarette butts.

The hotel is outdated and needs a big face lift.

The breakfast was the best we had our whole trip. Great variety and the breakfast staff was super friendly. The location was really convenient basically in a mall plaza easy to walk around. And felt safe walking my dog at night

Carpet was filthy. Dark black spots on the rug. Looked like cigarette burns. Elevator was dirty.

Quick,easy,pleasant overnight stay.

We stayed here because of the EV chargers, which worked great. But our room smelled bad, had black mold, and cockroaches. Will not be coming back.

I had a King Suite, and i wish i could share pictures of the cracked curtains, stained walls, and literally the smallest bathroom I've ever been in outside of a porter potty. $165 after tax was not worth it. Oh, and the pool was closed, which would have been their one saving grace. Stay at the one in dickson city, its better.

The check was great., You need to invest in more flatbeds carts ,the three wheeled carts are hard to dteer and hold less than the flatbeds

It was a wonderful and relaxing stay! The breakfast buffet had many options and coffee was provided throughout the day! The staff was friendly and accommodating as well! It was an amazing stay and I would 100% recommend it!
