모든 시설에 비해서 가격이 비쌉니다

저녁7시 이후면 택시이용도 안되는 지역이라 식사 관광 모두 주의를 하셔야하고, 오다와라역까지 운행하는 다인승 셔틀이 있는데 체크인시 미리 예약해야만 이용이 가능하니 이 점또한 주의요함., 온천시설도 대중탕에 샤워시설있는 정도니 제대로된 일본 전통온천이용 계획 이시면 다시한번 생각 해봐야하는 호텔임.한적한 산속에 위치한 하이야트호텔 이라고 생각하심됨. 주위도 호텔 밀집지역이라 전망 생각 하시지 않고 그냥 조용히 방안과 호텔내에서 쉬다 올 계획이시면 나쁘지않은 호텔임. 호텔에서 석식과 셔틀 이용할경우 꼭 미리 예약을 해야 함!

Spectacular!

The hotel staff was accommodating though be aware that most have very little English. The shuttle service was efficient and useful but be aware the route is circuitous and not for those inclined to motion sickness. We very much enjoyed the Hakone experience especially the ropeway. We walked to town of Gora though it is very steep. We could not play our planned golf game due to lack of available taxis even though the concierge tried. The hotel is really showing its age with frayed upholstery and damaged wood finishes and outdated decor. The onsen bath was very clean and quiet and kept stocked with towels and amenities. The ‘welcome drink’ offered at check in was just the choice of a beer or wine (half glass) or cola. The beds were comfortable with high quality linens, and room service was responsive. We appreciated the Nespresso machine in the room and the provided water and coffee pods. In all a relaxing stay, but for the price it felt closer to a seniors retirement home than a Hyatt resort.

The staff was amazing and the amenities were top notch. Their shuttle service was great but only for around Gora-pick up at odwara station was extremely limited.

Puja had amazing service during breakfast, and breakfast was the best meal compared to the other resorts, although I wouldn’t eat lunch or dinner here. The resort is surrounded by beautiful trees and amazing scenery, Ryuji Yoshino went above and beyond in service to insure our group was taken care of, I would return to shake his hand again.

Cleanest hotel I’ve ever seen. Courteous, professional staff. Beautiful Mountain View. Breakfast buffet was delicious.

Love the view from my room and the shuttle service after check out. The food from the restaurant was AMAZING!!! Didn’t go in the onsen because of tattoos. Loved the breakfast. Downsides they only have a laundry service and not a laundry room.

ホテルはとても過ごしやすく、また来たいと思いました。また、小さい子供用がいても安心して泊まれるホテルでした。

西棟だったのですが、最上階で部屋から無玉屋上からも大文字焼きが見られました。

Everything was satisfying but I must say that the breakfast buffet was exceptionally great. We were a party of 8 with 4 kids. The restaurant prepared a space for all of us sitting together.

I used to stay at Hyatt Hakone many times in the past, which was more than 10 years ago. It is good Hotel, but there were no free drinks at the lounge anymore, even the room was not available at the check in. There are many good hotels in Hakone area.
