모든 시설에 비해서 가격이 비쌉니다

저녁7시 이후면 택시이용도 안되는 지역이라 식사 관광 모두 주의를 하셔야하고, 오다와라역까지 운행하는 다인승 셔틀이 있는데 체크인시 미리 예약해야만 이용이 가능하니 이 점또한 주의요함., 온천시설도 대중탕에 샤워시설있는 정도니 제대로된 일본 전통온천이용 계획 이시면 다시한번 생각 해봐야하는 호텔임.한적한 산속에 위치한 하이야트호텔 이라고 생각하심됨. 주위도 호텔 밀집지역이라 전망 생각 하시지 않고 그냥 조용히 방안과 호텔내에서 쉬다 올 계획이시면 나쁘지않은 호텔임. 호텔에서 석식과 셔틀 이용할경우 꼭 미리 예약을 해야 함!

Das Hotel ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommmen. Service ist gut bis sehr gut. Preise hoch und man fühlt sich nicht in Japan. Sauberkeit entspricht nicht dem jaoanischen standards. Durchganstourismus, viele nord amerikaner. Frühstück ist gut!

Outstanding. Our stay at the Hyatt was the best, staff went out of their way to help us with absolutely everything and make our stay special. The shuttle service was great and so helpful for us to fit in doing as much as possible. The room was perfect, we chose “Mountain View” and it was a great choice. The Uzumi spa was very clean and had everything we needed to relax and wind down. Kids were happy and enjoyed the games and books available in the drawing room. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice property

This hotel is just wonderful. A great view of the mountains and a nice break to relax in between Osaka and Tokyo. Would definitely recommend and would come back! The food was also delicious and the staff was very attentive to our family and kids!

This hotel is such luxury. We were a family of four and our room was so large it was amazing. The staff were wonderful and so helpful and we enjoyed our favourite meal of the trip in the sushi restaurant. Most definitely a highlight. Such a wonderful hotel we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

部屋は清潔で広さも十分。 スタッフの対応も総じて良かったが、人によってレベルのばらつきを感じたのも事実。 バスの送迎はありがたかった。

Really enjoy the onsen! Staff was very friendly!

Acceptable but closer to a businesss hotel than onsen hotel. The bath area doesn’t offer anything fancy, no view, no outdoor. Same for the room. We booked a tatami room to fit 2 adults and two kids. Size is fine but lack of amenities and view straight in the next building isn’t ideal. Overall, average stay.

We stayed one night as a family of four and overall had a decent experience. The highlights were definitely the food — the sushi dinner was exceptional, and breakfast the next morning was equally impressive. When you first enter the hotel, there’s a strong smell of sulfur and humidity — understandable due to the onsen, but still something to be aware of. We booked the Regency Suite, which was spacious but came with only three beds (a twin setup and one extra bed) for four people. It worked for us, but for the €1,200 price tag, we expected a bit more comfort. Also, the property feels like it could use some maintenance and updates in general. Beautiful setting and good service, but for the cost, the overall experience could have been more refined.

Very nice onsen - excellent sushi restaurant experience.

Spacious tatami suite and breakfast buffet was top notch. Complimentary shuttle service to Gora/Sounzan stations very convenient. Also able to reserve pick up by shuttle for extra fee from Odawara station on arrival.

施設自体はとてもいいです。強羅が17:00以降飲食店がかなり少なくなるので要注意

朝、３月にしては寒かったので、朝食前にレストランの前のところで待っているときに暖炉を付けてほしかったと思います。コーヒーが無料で飲めたのは良かったです。 ビュッフェを取るときに並んでしまうので、改善できれば良いかなと思います。一方通行なので洋食エリアや和食エリアなどもう少し離すとか別のエリアにするとか。人数が限られて人の配置が難しいと思うが、食べ始めるまでは片付けスタッフなど手が空いているかもしれないので、スープやみそ汁、ごはんを盛り付けるところで混んでいる感じがしましたので、開始１５分くらいは盛り付け係を付けたらどうかと思いました。 温泉のバスタオルは吸湿性が良く、とても良かったです。持って帰りたいくらいでした。 下の駐車場から上に上がれる階段があると便利と思いました。 スタッフの皆さんは親切でとても良かったです。 お土産を買える場所をもう少し手軽に立ち寄れる場所にあるといいなと感じました。 色々書きましたが、良い滞在でした。ありがとうございます。
