모든 시설에 비해서 가격이 비쌉니다

저녁7시 이후면 택시이용도 안되는 지역이라 식사 관광 모두 주의를 하셔야하고, 오다와라역까지 운행하는 다인승 셔틀이 있는데 체크인시 미리 예약해야만 이용이 가능하니 이 점또한 주의요함., 온천시설도 대중탕에 샤워시설있는 정도니 제대로된 일본 전통온천이용 계획 이시면 다시한번 생각 해봐야하는 호텔임.한적한 산속에 위치한 하이야트호텔 이라고 생각하심됨. 주위도 호텔 밀집지역이라 전망 생각 하시지 않고 그냥 조용히 방안과 호텔내에서 쉬다 올 계획이시면 나쁘지않은 호텔임. 호텔에서 석식과 셔틀 이용할경우 꼭 미리 예약을 해야 함!

Beautiful big rooms !

This was a midway stop point for us to take a break and recharge. Hyatt Hakone did not disappoint. Felt peaceful and relax. Staff, Food, property was amazing.

The hotel is tucked away in the mountains of Hakone - making it a convenient location for the ropeway access and a nice experience. Downstairs is a large living room concept with a wooden fire -- fun place to hang out and mingle/relax. Few nice touches that provide for a nice experience -- every guest usually wears their yakuta attire they receive in the room. There is an onsen that you can use which is wonderful! The room has good amenities. The service is a bit slower and maybe not as solutions-based as you might need, but everyone is nice. The hotel offers shuttles to Gora,Sauzon stations - which is helpful if you take the train from Odawara to these stations. You can also reserve a shuttle from Odawara to hotel.

コンビニエンスストア的なショップがなく、自動販売機もないため、飲み物などの購入ができなかった。朝食を付けたが、ブッフェの際動線が狭く客同士がぶつかるシーンがよくあった。朝食のレストランについては、動線の確保、テーブルまでの壁の配置をもう少し考慮すべきかと思いました。テーブルに調味料がなく、また醤油等ないためたまご等にかけるのがとても不便でした。

部屋もきれいに整理整頓されていて、スタッフの対応も良かった

部屋の温度調整が難しく足元が寒いと感じた。それ以外はたいへん良いとおもいました。

ホテルは良かったが、周辺施設が何も無く不便だった

スタッフの皆様が感じ良く、室内は清潔。とても気持ちよく過ごしました。 ありがとうございました。

掃除をしないでくださいのランプを付けた状態で、朝食に行きましたが、10:30ごろ部屋に戻るとまさに清掃中でした。外出用のカバンをとり、すぐに部屋を出ましたが、清掃に関する意思表示を確認していただけるとさらに良いです。食事は外国人に食べやすい味付けとなっており、卵の焼き方も選べてよかったです。年末年始に宿泊したので、イベントもたくさんあって飽きることなく滞在できました。 ありがとうございました。

Big rooms, clean, excellent and friendly service from all staff.

Spacious guest rooms, nice restaurant (The Living Room), coffee available at 7AM, very nice and welcoming staff, fantastic view of the mountains and proximity to Sounzan Ropeway line.
