정말 별로였습니다. 호텔로비에서 아파트먼트까지 거리도 있었구요, 싱글 4개 베드를 신청했지만, 더블베드1개, 쇼파베드1개가 있는 방이 나왔습니다. 이불도 없었구요, 정~~~말 더러웠습니다. 히터는 먼지가 너무 많아서 틀지도 못하고 자서 감기걸릴뻔 했구요, 숟가락 포크는 설거지가 잘 안되어서 이물질이 묻어있었구요, 객실상태가 엉망이었습니다. 다시는 이용하고 싶지 않네요

Very small room and bathroom

The roof deck is no longer open. The staff who serve breakfast are nicer than the front desk staff. Many things, including the toilet seat, need repair. For one person to move around the bed, the other person must retreat to the bathroom. The AC works, with assistance.

Læs: Super beliggenhed!!! Som det perfekte sted midt i byen og midt i mellem ro, skønheder og liv. Hotellet om man kan kalde det det, var et gammelt hus. Men de var søde og der manglede ikke noget, men meget slidt og gammelt. Igen beliggenhed perfekt og hvem tager til Venedig for at ligge på et hotel værelse!!

Nice, clean room, good breakfast, good location and nice staff

Overpriced and poor hotel. Much in need of renovation. Poor paintwork, broken shower, sockets not working, outdated hairdryer, fridge etc. bumped up prices due to Biennale. Do not recommend.

La salle de bain n’était pas très propre : le rideau de douche était moisi et me touchait lorsque je me lavais. Le personnel était très gentil et la décoration était typiquement italienne, dans une ambiance vénitienne. L’hôtel est très bien situé.

I was under the impression that breakfast was included by the description, but it wasn’t. Other than that, clean room and good WiFi , shower, drain, everything works

Service d’accueil agréable et très disponible. Emplacement pratique, à une distance raisonnable de la gare et de la station de bus de Santa Lucia, et bien situé au centre de Venise. Cependant, quelques bouts d’ongles ont été trouvés au sol dans la chambre à notre arrivée, ce qui est peu hygiénique. De plus, les équipements ne sont pas à la hauteur du prix.

Very nice hotel, perfect if your holiday plans are out sight seeing and you just need a bed to sleep, staff were very friendly and helpful, located in a very good spot short walking to most beautiful areas

The room was very clean except some dust on the light fixtures. Kind staff, authentic Venetian feel with the windows overlooking the walkways and into the next building over. The bed was very uncomfortable, but the room was small and lovely, nice old bathroom. It was an antique feel. Remove the electricity and it could have been 1792. Walking there in the middle of the night from the north is a little sketchy if alone, but overall a good spot to spend the night. It’s a decent walk from the main attractions, but has some yummy restaurants nearby. I would stay there again. The reception staff were each kind, helpful and quirky in their own ways which added to the charm. Don’t expect lush accommodations, but if you are looking for an authentic feel this is a good spot.

Super lage.

Ottima posizione facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione, anche con bambini. Si trova vicino a diversi ristoranti e locali, e arrivare a Rialto o piazza San Marco non è complesso. Stanza bellina, ordinata e comoda, un po’ rumoroso l’impianto di condizionamento.

This is a great hotel, has a great location and great service.

The annex is quite a long way (500m) from the main hotel, so that you won't end up using any of the facilities there. Room was quite tired. Small kitchenette in room was quite handy to do your own breakfast.

Service is great. Comfort of beds are very hard. No AC. Bathroom does not have any ventilation.

Great place to stay! They are very strict on their office hours and only accept cash for the tourist tax. Loved how lively just down the street was for a locals bar- great vibes!

The place was clean. The service people seemed annoyed with us. They were professional enough though . The location is not on the main road but using google maps it was easy to find. Walking distance easily from where the bus drops you off. Shops and restaurants close by. The bed however was really really firm. Almost like they put a little padding on a piece of plywood.
