내가 있었던 객실을 기준으로 기술하겠음. 1. 장점: 한적하고 조용함, 객실이 넓고 침구가 편안했음 옆 힐튼에 행사가 있었는데 가까워서 편리함 2. 단점: 원래 호텔 평가 귀찮아서 잘 안쓰는데 귀찮음을 무릅쓰고 후기 남김 - 시설이 오래되었음. - 내가 사용한 객실은 세면대 배수가 잘 안되고, 수도꼭지에서 물이 조금 새서 욕실세면대 위에 물이 고였음. - 슬리퍼가 없어서 불편했음. - 조식 메뉴가 단촐, 특히 묵었던 4일중 2일째 식빵에 검은 색 곰팡이와 다른 빵에 핀 푸른 곰팡이를 보고 바로 조치요청하였는데 해당 음식들만 버리고 별다른 경각심을 못느끼는것 같았음. 인종 차별적인 의도는 없으나 히스페닉 젊은 남자애가 관리를 하는 듯 했는데 시리얼 디스펜서가 막혀서 안 나와 문의 했는데 손으로 뚫더니 그 시리얼들을 다시 시리얼통에 담고 있음.. 서비스에 성의가 없어보였고 이후에 호텔 음식 서비스에 대한 신뢰가 아예 떨어져 버렸음.

편안하고 깔끔한 호텔입니다. 만족스러운 경험이었습니다. 작은 아쉬움이 있다면 작은 냉장고라도 하나 있었으면 하는 점과 욕조의 배수가 다소 원활하지 않았다는 점입니다.

Overall good experience. Very clean. The only thing is the ceiling in the room was peeling and seemed to have some water damage. The air conditioner in the room wouldnt shut off. But i would rather have it cold than hot!

The front desk staff were friendly. But the hotel has problems that need to be addressed. On one night, the fire alarm went off around midnight. The next morning, staff mentioned that it was likely due to a faulty alarm system, which they've been dealing with for a while. The other major issue during the stay was that the room door was not locked when we returned from being out all day. Apparently, the cleaning crew cleaned the room, but failed to fully shut the door on the way out, leaving it unlocked. Luckily, nothing appears to have been stolen from the room during that time.

Short staffed. Couldn't get near the breakfast there were so many people

Around 8 the morning on my day if checkout I was am standing in the room and housekeeping let themselves into my room without knocking and checkout wasn’t until 11. I did not have clothes on. Other than that the stay was ok. I wouldn’t go again.

Room Didn't have refrigerator, the rest was pretty good.

On the down side: Bathroom small. Tub unbelievably slippery. No trays under coffee or ice bucket. Hall carpet clean but spotted by stain removal. Fake creamer ~ no 1/2 & 1/2. No cut fruit. On the positive side: Room clean. Bed excellent. AND When I requested a tray at the front desk to carry my breakfast to my room, RAY (though there were no trays) found a clean tray sized box top~ perfect!
